Most have never seen anything like this, and gem is hidden right in the middle of Fort Worth. A true, old-school, family fun experience. Safe, clean, affordable. Pack a picnic, plenty of drinks, and go catch a break from the heat.

The "lake" is really just a large dirt-bottomed swimming pool really. There are lots of fun activities such as diving boards, slides, swings, and splash areas. It's extremely crowded, so much that you can't really get more than an arm's length away from anyone else....More

Since BL closes at 7 everyday I don't think they do fireworks. But they are close to multiple places that do including the former Carswell Air Force base, Botanical Gardens that do them nightly at the concert in the garden... More
