One of the best times of my life! I took my teenage grandson on an evening tour of downtown and Tim was so entertaining and knowledgeable and funny. Learned a lot of history and trivia! He extended the tour to Trinity Trails and we enjoyed a sunset and twilight tour through the whole park area and got several great views of the city skyline lit up and bridges that were awesome! Tim takes lots of great photos and shares them generously. The Segways were so easy to ride and become like an extension of yourself, you don't even have to think, you just do it. Will definitely make this an event I schedule for all my out of state guests who visit, and also my other grandson next time he visits! AWESOME!

Tim at Cowtown Segway tours provided an outstanding evening tour for my girlfriend and me. He was very knowledgeable about Ft Worth history and was very entertaining as well. We took the evening tour as it provided a beautiful sunset view and amazing colorful views of the Ft Worth Water Gardens at night. Highly recommend their services. We will definitely be taking family and friends when they visit.

My wife and I have taken many Segway tours and this was by far our best experience. Our expectations were far exceeded by the tour we received. Our guide proved to have a great personality and stopped at several locations to take photos of my wife and I in front of Historic landmarks and buildings. We received historical insight at many locations and spent much more time on the tour than expected.
We would definitely recommend this Segway tour to everyone.

We had a fabulous time on our segway tour with Tim Ballard of Cowtown Segway Adventures on Sunday and what a beautiful day it was. Tim was very knowledgeable and entertaining! We saw many sights of downtown including the Flat Iron Building, The Hole in the Wall Gang sculpture, Fort Worth Water Gardens, the Kennedy Memorial, Sundance Square, the Courthouse, and the Panther fountain and the panther sleeping under the trees. It was Super Bowl Sunday and Sundance Square was displaying the Kansas City Chiefs emblem. Then we took a very fun ride down around the Trinity River Park! Tim played "Rolling on the River" on his boombox for us while we were riding down the pathway! Before we started Tim said it would be our best segway ride yet and I told him he was setting a very high bar since we have ridden them all over the world. He was right--it was the most fun one we have done!!

My Husband and I have been on quite a few Segway Tours, we generally do a tour on the first day of our trip if possible to get an overview of the area and ideas on things to do or visit.
Donny was our guide for this trip, he had a great personality! He was not only knowledgable but enjoyable to listen to while he showed us around a town that he obviously loves. He played some fun tunes along the way and took some Fantastic photos as well as videos for everyone on the tour! This is the first tour we have been on where the guide actively took photos without being asked.
We came away from this experience with a good sense of History for Fort Worth, quite a few restaurant recommendations, great photos to remember the experience and a feeling that is was money well spent.
Would highly recommend this tour to anyone at any age!

Segways are super easy to learn to use, and we learned many things about some historical sites, maintained social distancing, went through a park with wonderful shade, water views, and magnificent breezes. The guide even provided music which made it especially enjoyable as we traveled through beautiful scenery and skylines. We also had many offers for pictures when there was a photo op (we opted out of many of the pictures just because my husband and I didn't need a bunch. I HIGHLY recommend this trip, especially during this time of "social distancing"

We took the "Best of both Worlds" tour. It was great! We saw many points of interest in the City and too a cool cruise around Trinity Park. Tim, the owner and guide was great. He was full of fun facts and anecdotes about the city and sites and made the time pass to quickly. The temps were in the upper 90's for our tour, but we were having too much fun tooling around on a Segway to notice. Five for five a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!

Husband and I had a fantastic "The Best of Both Worlds Tour" with Ft Worth Cowtown Segway today. The tour started Sunday July 24th at noon and the temperature was triple digits by the time we finished. Tim B entertained us, had us pose for a lot of great pictures, was personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of the Ft Worth history . Did the Texas heat in July dampen the experience? We had such an enjoyable time that, yes, the temp could have been better, however, it did not detract from the great time we had. I know, hard to believe, yet true! Don't let the weather stop you, we had a great time. We were given two cold waters to start, stopped in the shade a memorial locations, and had the wind in our faces the whole time.
His "on tour" playlist was awesome!
We will be back and look forward to having family join us next time.

A wonderful tour of downtown Fort Worth and the Trinity Trails. Tim, our guide, was attentive and knowledgeable. He was funny and kept a close eye on the group at the same time. I've lived in Fort Worth for 20 years and STILL rolled through parts of the city and parks I never knew existed! He took lots of pictures and shared them for free at the end of the tour. Highly recommend!

Recently completed the Best of Both Worlds segway trip with Donny. Super friendly and fun guide and great learning experience. One of our party was a local from Ft. Worth and commented that she learned a ton about her city that she didn't know. Donny was funny and took lots of pictures for us to help remember the great time we had. Highly recommend!

I use a cane for walking, I am able to stand alone with something to support my balance. Will I be able to navigate a Segway? (I can also take several walking steps on my own but tire easily}
Written October 24, 2017
It requires an extended amount of standing and balancing. It not as taxing as walking or standing but if you tire after a few steps I'd recommend something else.
