I love the rooms at Red Door Escape Room! There hasn’t been one that I haven’t enjoyed. Today, I booked over the phone with Desmond. He is a staff member at the Fort Worth location. He was extremely personable & accommodating! I appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and his friendly personality!

I loved it! My group of dumb friends and I decided to play Wild West and boy lemme tell ya, it’s fun and there’s puzzles there that has me stump and I like to think I’m a pretty good escapee. We had Zach (Zack? Sorry I didn’t ask him how to spell his name) as a game master and THANK GOD we did. He helped us out so much, had it not been for him our dumb selves wouldn’t have been able to make it out of the first room. The staff there is nice as well. Christian (girl) told me I was beautiful and I can do anything I wanted to before I left and honestly I kinda needed that after seeing how dumb my group is.

Thank you for taking time to leave this absolutely AMAZING feedback! Zach is an incredible gamemaster and probably had as much fun with your group as you did! Your group wasn't dumb, our escape rooms are just THAT challenging! I hope you took Christian's words of wisdom to heart and return again soon to try another challenging room like Fair Game, because we believe in you!

Red Door Escape Room’s are by fair the coolest rooms around. I’ve played every room at this location but for one & I can’t wait to try it. The game masters are enthusiastic, which hype you up even more for your escape task. I’ve always have had a great experience at Red Door.
Even before you book you have an idea of what the room will be like.
Rooms are well taken care of & the place is always clean. Highly recommend!!!

We can't properly express how reading about an awesome, memorable experience makes us feel! Thank you so much for taking time to leave us feedback on here and sharing your excitement for what we do! We like to think some of our unique puzzles and immersive rooms really separate us from the pack out here. We hope to have you and your group out very soon!

Several items and clues were broken or not working and the game master had to come into the room and attempt to fix them. This really ruined the momentum of the escape room. Additionally there were few puzzles to solve and participants were standing around waiting for one another. This is the worst escape room experience we have had at any location.

I'm sorry that you had such a frustrating, disappointing visit.
Broken puzzles and gamemasters having to enter the room to help are far from the experience every guest should have at our location. We've come a long way as a team and as escape room enthusiasts since January, we'd love to have you and a few others back to see us to try another room on us!

I’ve been to numerous escape rooms but they do not come close to how well put and fun as the Red Door Escape Room. They’re challenging, well thought, and fun! I have done 6 total escape rooms with them (3 at this location and 3 at South Lake. The game masters are great! Especially, Jason. He made the process very lively and entertaining! Ask for him if you do come visit. Also, if you’re a frequent flyer like me, do not forget to sign up for loyalty program for great perks! I’ll be definitely coming back to try the hardest episode, Time Machine.

Thank you for the kind words John! You and the rest of your group left an impression on Jason as well! Be sure to ask for them next time you come to play Time Machine! Make sure to visit our staff at Plano as well!

We did the Wild West Escape with family (all adults). The staff is very friendly and upbeat which makes it more fun. If I could give a rating for staff attitude it would be 5, but the room quality would be a 2 (if I am feeling generous).
Unfortunately, many of the challenges were broken, codes didnt work in locks, etc. They stopped the timer 3 times due to items not working. They had to come in for a lock that wouldn't work. The first employee that came in wasn't able to open it either and the second employee got it on the second try. Another challenge in the second room was broken (wont go into detail and give away clues). And there was a challenge in the first room that didn't line up (no more details). We had fun, because we were there to have fun and some of the solutions were quite clever, if they would have functioned properly. They also gave extra clues, I'm sure due to all the malfunctions, but instead of that. I would have preferred that everything worked. In reading past reviews,It looks like the Wild West escape challenge has gotten similar feedback before. FIX THE ROOM!! I have been to the Red Door in Southlake, which I would recommend, but I cannot recommend the Fort Worth location.

Hey Ronda, thank you so much for the constructive feedback. I'd like to apologize first and foremost for falling short of what should be a consistently excellent experience at Red Door. Our goal is to make sure every single puzzle not only functions as intended, but incrementally adds to the experience as you go! Clearly, your experience fell short of what we aim and our team would love the opportunity to amend that. At your convenience, please reach out to me, Bryan, at bryan@reddoorescape.com !

Glad you had an overall good time! If escape rooms were easy, then they wouldn't be fun. Next time try out Virtual Reality!

Joshua was our game master, great guy, super cool, very helpful. Couldn't recommend him more. We did the VR Pyramid Escape Room and it was by far the coolest escape room experience I've ever had, and I've done quite a few. 5 Stars, 10/10, would recommend. A+. Joshua is a bonus.

Thanks for leaving us feedback Ethan! The Virtual Reality: Lost Pyramid is easily one of the coolest things I've ever experienced. We have a second virtual episode called Medusa's Gate that blows the first one out of the water! We're super glad to hear you had such a memorable experience with not only the game, but also with Joshua! We hope to see you again very soon!
