Whereas most downtown places are quite anonymous and only good for business, this is a great place to hang out with the kids. We sat at Starbucks drinking coffee and watching the fountains playing with the kids playing and squealing with delight. (Don't try this when it's cold outside!)

The mayor of Fort Worth said shrugs wanted Sundance Square to be like Fort Worth's living room. Mission accomplished! Nice laid back vibe with lots of restaurants to choose from. Fun events often.

Definitely on our list of fav places and a must see if we have friend come to town. Photos don't do it justice. Eateries, shopping, live open air entertainment. It's your modern day piazza. Love watching the water and little ones playing on it.

This is one way to keep cars out of the streets. Offer free valet parking if you dine at one of the restaurants around the square. I took advantage and it was relief to not have to worry how lone I was taking and watching the parking costs rise. Lots of choices here and there's always something going on in... More

The evening was great. The water splash was perfect with the lightning was really romantic. It would be a great place to propose to your partner.

We took the train to Fort Worth and stayed at a hotel in Sundance Square and I would do the same if I were to visit again. Great place to spend the day or days, and you don't need a car.

I don't care what you have to say in opposition to this, but Sundance Square is without a doubt the best downtown I've spent time at. You can go around and shop in the stores, grab a bite to eat at many of the restaurants around, grab a movie at the theatre, or just sit in the square around the... More

Sundance square is awesome for window shopping, entertainment, food and drinks. Go when it is nice and cool outside. It's probably not so great during a Texas summer.

If you have never been to sundance square you are missing a wonderful downtown experience! It is so walkable, so family-friendly and really a fun time! There are fountains and splashpads, incredible restaurants, and great shopping. One of my favorite parts of one of my favorite cities!
