We are a family-owned business located in Dripping Springs, TX committed to supplying the highest quality olive oil produced in the United States. Our certified organic olive orchard features a Tuscan-inspired mill house, a state-of-the-art Italian olive press and a large tasting room.

We sell four different types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil as well as traditional and fruit-infused balsamic vinegar. Buy the products individually or mix and match several products in a wooden gift box. Olive tree adoption is available and allows you to customize your labels to enjoy your private brand of olive oil all year long! Looking for an amazing place to have an event? We offer complete event planning for any occasion.

We taste our olive and balsamic oils in addition to over 37 wines. The best part is we change out some of the wines weekly so that you can try wines from all over Texas. We encourage people to come out and find a nice quite spot to enjoy the beautiful orchard and hill country views!

We weren't sure what to expect but we all enjoyed the Olive company. They have sample inside where you can try their olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Their olive oil is top notch and their homemade soaps are as well.

Attractive Facility. We did the tour. It was only $6. One of the least expensive things we did in the Hill Country Wine Region. The tour was very interesting. We also had lunch there. Lunch was about $10 a person. This is a popular place so it can be crowded.

We arrived early on Sunday before the 12 opening time. We grab 2 rocking chairs and sat, overlooking the hills with a wonderful cool breeze (even in July). Very nice to relax. After we went in we enjoyed the different olive oils & balsamic vinegars! They have a bistro but we didn't stay to eat.

We found the tour very interesting. We saw the olive orchards and the pressing and bottling operation. I especially enjoyed tasting the oils and balsamics. Purchased some and had them shipped back to Ohio. We enjoyed a light lunch as well. Fun.

We had just visited the Winery just a couple miles away and figured we'd drop in and taste the local olive oils and vinegars. They were very good and matched up to other small batch bottler/growers we have visited in the past. The bonus was the small eatery onsite. The bruschetta was very good for a snack. They also serve... More

Stopped by for a tasking and some olive oils. They offer wine tasting as well. Very nice people and they have a little bistro area where you can have a patio lunch.

We went to the Texas Olive Company yesterday and did the tour. Our tour guide was the owner who provided a wealth of information in a short period of time. The tour included a walk into the orchard and then, the mill where the olive oil is produced. It was all very interesting. There is also a tasting room where... More

Stopped very quickly, but was blown away by the quality and the selection of different oils and balsamic vinegars. Able to taste quite a few and brought several home. Not cheap but very worth the price.

We were touring wineries in the area and stopped by. It was fun to taste the different vinegars and oils (white lemon was AH-mazing) in an inviting environment that was relaxed and not sales driven. People were available if you needed them, but not intrusive.

One of my favorite stops on our Austin trip! Learned a great deal about olives in general and the olive oil manufacturing business in Texas. Very interesting. Tour was lead by one of the owners. Samples to taste, small cafe, and more. Lots of wonderful products to purchase.
