We are a family-owned business located in Dripping Springs, TX committed to supplying the highest quality olive oil produced in the United States. Our certified organic olive orchard features a Tuscan-inspired mill house, a state-of-the-art Italian olive press and a large tasting room.

We sell four different types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil as well as traditional and fruit-infused balsamic vinegar. Buy the products individually or mix and match several products in a wooden gift box. We offer complete event planning for any occasion.

We taste our olive and balsamic oils in addition to over 37 wines. The best part is we change out some of the wines weekly so that you can try wines from all over Texas. We encourage people to come out and find a nice quite spot to enjoy the beautiful orchard and hill country views!

More fun than a winery

Great winding road to Italian Style Villa, sample the various olives, and enjoy great sandwiches. Better than going to al winery

My friends and I stopped here on our way back to Austin after visiting the Lyndon B Johnson ranch. It's a little out of the way but it was a beautiful drive in the country. We did not take the tour but we enjoyed the tasting room and gift shop. It's a very beautiful facility.

From the positive reviews we were compelled to visit after hamilton pool and being avid olive fans we found the selection quite small. Given this, we decided to try some balsamic and found some lovely blue mold on the bread. To top off the whole experience we were practically ignored except for a disgruntled hello. I don't know if it... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our Saturday afternoon visit to the Texas Hill Country Olive Company in Dripping Springs. We drove from Sugar Land, through Austin to Dripping Springs which is known as the gateway to the Texas Hill Country. The place was a little of the beaten path, but that was right where we wanted to be. Driving from Sugar Land,... More

We went on the tour and it was truly amazing. We learned so much and had a blast. We then tried true olive oil in its finest form and it was so delicious. We will always be a customer. Also lunch after was yummy! Gelato was to die for!

My family is extremely picky when it comes to food, wine, service, etc. Let's just say we have high expectations. Our trip to the Texas Hill Country exceeded our expectations...from the great food and service to the owner, John giving a tour full of fun, history and tradition. This is a family owned business operated with integrity and love! I... More

We loved this place! We tasted a variety of olive oils and drank wine or beer with our fruit and cheese platter. We ended our snack with olive oil gelato which was delicious. Next time we want to take the tour!

We were actually looking for the olive orchard that is over by Wimberley when we came across this place. We didn't do the tour, but had lunch and looked around the shop. My wife had the bruschetta appetizer and I had a panini. Both were good. We intended to buy some olive oil, but the bottles did not have a... More

Thanks for the review Robert44! I'm glad you had a good time visiting our tasting room and bistro. We just finished pressing our Olio Novello. There are lots of photos of the milling and harvest on our Facebook page. We hope you will come back out for another taste soon. Cara, owner More

Interesting twist and break from the wineries nearby. Enjoyed learning more about olives and enjoying the setting. Worth stopping by to taste and shop.
