I was a little unsure when we drove up- there is a small building beside a large event center. The ropes courses are not visible from this location. We were checked in quickly fitted into our gear. We were walked to the ropes course and given a “ground course” were we learned how the locking devices work. There are many courses available depending on your skill level- we did 4 during the hour and half we were there and that was plenty. Our 12 year old loved it. It felt very safe with the way the locks worked, yet easy to maneuver. Would highly recommend!

Our company went as a team event and had a blast! Originally, we purchased tickets back in December 2020 and had to reschedule several times due to COVID, but Trinity Forest was exceptionally nice in allowing us to continue to reschedule. We were so excited to finally go. We were worried it would be too hot in the summer, but the trees provide cover so everything is shaded and not in direct sun. We had so much fun, but definitely be prepared to work too- all the climbing is no joke. There are several levels of difficulty so everyone can choose what they are comfortable with, but all are challenging. The ziplining sections are so fun. We did not bring gloves and we were fine, but if you already own some, it's probably a good idea to bring them. The one thing I wish I brought was bug spray, you are out in nature so there are lots of bugs. Everyone at Trinity Forest was super helpful and lovely; they answered all our questions and helped talk us through all the scary jumps and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. If you are looking for a physical activity that is a bit out of the ordinary and challenging I recommend!

This place is amazing!!! Went for Father's Day with my dad and sister and we had an absolute blast. Completely exceeded any expectations or imaginations. At the end we did the black course (hardest one) and it was so exhilarating. There were moments where it felt like a true adventure for sure. There are also several easier courses for lots of fun and less scary adventuring.

One tip: definitely invest in the gloves they sell (fingerless), I can't imagine doing it without! There is a lot of touching metal ropes.

Absolutely wonderful place overall and I highly recommend!

Be aware that if you book with this park for a 3 to 6pm session you are only really getting 2.5hrs not 3. They close the course gate at 5:30 and DO NOT tell you this when you book, when you arrive to check in, while they are giving instructions or as you go through the courses. There is only 1 sign up high posted to advise this. You won't find it on the website or in your confirmation. I took video and pictures to prove only 1 sign posted up high advises this.

We were there to celebrate my son's 13th birthday and he was super sad he did not get to finish the last course because at 5:27 he was turned away!!! And the "I'm sorry" and pointing to the sign posted off to the side and up high was so nonchalant by the attendee.
They have many signs posted all over the grounds about course level and colors but just 1 to advise of the gate closure.

We were planning 2 other large group activities to go back but we will stick with the Plano and Northlake locations for options.

So be ware if you book a 3pm session you may get gipped your $ and time with no care.

This place was by far the worst and hardest zip lining and ropes course we’ve ever done, and we’ve done many. There were enough people working there where they could have been on the platforms, but instead you have to disconnect and reconnect yourself and your children every 10 feet which is exhausting and challenging, especially in 100 degree heat. There are also a lot of wasps, which my children are afraid of. Side note: they are very clear about the need for gloves but the need for closed toed shoes was buried in the website. We had to delay by an hour to go to the nearest Walmart to buy shoes and socks.

The only kind things I can say is that the people were kind, we were as safe as we could be, and that the forest is pretty.

But ultimately we didn’t have fun, and paying $150 for 3 people to not have fun seems a waste.

We took our 11-year-old twins, and all four of us had a great time. The staff were very professional, safety conscious, and accommodating. One of our kids was less interested in this type of activity, and they were very patient and helpful. The different levels were a perfect way to learn how to do it and then challenge yourself if you want to do more. Polk did a wonderful job of teaching us on the practice course and making sure we felt comfortable. Out on the course, Bill and Aldo were rockstars. They really made it a great experience. Bill went above and beyond. We had less interaction with Warren and Ivan, but they were also very helpful. Bring water bottles. They have ice cold refill water in plenty. Close-toed shoes are a must. There's a little cubby area you can put things. We even saw a family with a wagon and picnic lunch... Good idea! But you'll want to take advantage of your time slot, it goes quickly and is fun to challenge yourself on higher levels if you can.

Our church group of girls recently had an activity at Trinity Park and everyone loved it. The staff was wonderful and they were very careful to make sure everyone understood how to get through the course safely. There was plenty of staff available to help when it was needed.

What a hidden gem in Dallas! A friend invited me to go with her to this park. We had the best time. There were so many courses of all levels. They were all different and so much fun. The manager was present and so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to bring my family and other friends back!

I contacted Trinity Forest Adventure Park and I was met with some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! It is my job to contact different locations and attractions to get information (brochures) that I can provide to our soldiers and their families.I initially contacted the TFAP via email and when I was met with very short, rude emails I decided to call because I know that things can get lost in translation via email. When I called I was met with a very rude Brad who claimed to be the president and was in fact the same person that I had been emailing. When I asked if there was any info that he could send to our office I was told that they only send people to the website because it's 2015 and he's sure that soldiers have access to computers! When I explained to him that many of them don't he replied with "surely they have smart phones"! I honestly don't understand why he chose to be so rude as we could have provided him with thousands of new customers! I wrote this review so that I could prevent anyone else from having to deal with such rude customer service and I definitely won't be referring any of my customers to this place!

Hi Whitney, I feel like there was a complete misunderstanding here. We do not have any brochures as of yet, which is why you were directed to the website. In the emails, I even noticed that Brad mentioned our discounted rate we offer to military personnel. I'm sorry we were unable to provide you with what you were wanting, but we simply do not have the materials at the moment.

Bought tickets from my phone online and was not able to reserve a time slot. I called them at 9am and they told me just to show up with our group of 4 and they could get us right in, so we did. Once we got there they told us they did not have any spots open and that we would have to come back another day. We talked to the owner and he acted like he could care less if we came back or not. He told us that ordering tickets online isn't user friendly and that their tech guy was "working on it." In order to reserve an actual spot you must call and reserve it because simply buying a ticket does not mean you can participate that day. Needless to say we drove an hour out of our way for no reason. At least we got our $200 back.
