Although we’ve lived near Dallas for six years, my first visit to the American Airlines Center was this summer to attend a Steely Dan concert with my son. Loved it! And, importantly, the assistance at the AA Center was incredible. Had to borrow a wheelchair (previously arranged), and everyone was so incredible helpful and kind—kudos to those working there! When... More

WE LOVE going to events at AA Center. Top Notch Facility for both concerts and sporting events. Go Mavs!

Took the children here for the circus this year. The place is lovely but the prices of things are ridiculous. I'm sure there is a way to avoid parking fees...I just haven't figured it out yet. I did have one slip up. My tickets were supposed to be at will call and when I made it no one could locate... More

Please do not use AA , they do not treat with respect and they do not even give you excuses for their bad service/experience.

Had a blast with the 5yr old during the circus. The seats didn't matter, this place has great service and quality. Absolutely loved that everything was clean and the view was perfect.

If you want cozy DO NOT go to AA - unless you get a suite :-) I love AA because it has it all suites and ground floor entertainment - its big, its open, and it has a WIDE variety of food locations and options - it is a bit pricey - but hey they have to pay the workers... More

I don't particularly enjoy being in huge crowds, but AA center is a great venue. We have gone to Dallas Mavs games and Maroon 5 concert there. There is not a bad set in the place and sound is good for concerts.

We went to check the arena, but there were a lot of people running into the arena, we were told to park and charge us 20 dollars, so we paid and went walking, we notice there was a circus function in less than half hour, we asked for tickets and they were 2X1 we got very nice tickets, row 6,... And American Airlines economy seats have no leg room, cheap $&&&@$. Poor WiFi when get it at all... More

AA Center is very nice. Courteous Dallas PD are there to help with foot traffic and get folks across from parking to AA Center. Restrooms are plentiful and clean. We attended the 10:30 a.m. show. Doors opened at 9:30 and there is preshow for kids down on the floor with entertainment they can participate in. Jump house if $5 each... More
