About
Dallas Circus Center (formerly Skyline Trapeze) started in 2013 as a way for professional performers to practice while they travel. Since then, we've evolved into a training facility dedicated to sharing our love for our creative sport. We love helping people learn and introducing them to the art that we're so passionate about, so if you're looking for an original way to get some fresh air and experience new heights, we hope you'll come see our new facility near Love Field!

I booked the flying trapeze for my family of 4 (two adults and two kids age 9). We are all beginners and this was our first class. They do groups of 10 at a time so it's small and intimate and everyone gets to go several times. I was actually ok with only going once because I hate heights and hanging on to the bars hurt my hands, but when I expressed my fears to the team and Donovan he helped me overcome them and I actually kept going. I was very proud of myself at the end of the class to have been able to do the last trick. The team is very helpful and everyone makes sure you are safe and are having fun. There was another girl there with her mother and the girl was maybe 4 or 5 years old and the team did so well with her also.
They have someone taking photos of you throughout the time you are jumping, and they sell them at very reasonable prices.

I would just like to say thank you to everyone for all your kindness and for making our weekend fun. My kids really enjoyed it and talked about wanting to come back for the kids classes. I was very impressed and would love to go back, but it is not close so we won't be able to come back often.

I took my granddaughters (age 13) for a week of classes. They worked on tricks for 4 days and put on a show for their parents on the 5th day. The staff made it fun while pushing and motivating them the whole way. They were so amped on Friday to show off their news skills. They had the time of their lives! I wouldn't recommend a schedule like theirs at 2 hours a day for 5 days unless you know that they are up for the challenge. The staff are super friendly and highly skilled. They were safe the entire time. Whether it's for one day or serious training they have you covered. 10 out of 10!

I am a flying trapeze hobbyist in the Phoenix area, and had the opportunity to fly to Dallas for a workshop by visiting instructors at the Dallas Circus Center. Everything about the experience was beyond my expectations, and I could not wait to provide a review of this beautiful facility. As an experienced hobbyist, I appreciated the knowledgeable and supportive instructors and the overall "feel" of the rig. The facility is comfortable (space to go to cool off or warm up, fans running for the warm days, nice restrooms) and very clean, not to mention safe, well kept equipment.

I can't say enough great things about the coaches at the Dallas Circus Center. They are all very capable and knowledgeable instructors, eager to share their love of trapeze with guests of all levels. Beginners should feel completely comfortable trying trapeze (or any of the activities taught) for the first time. You'll leave feeling a huge sense of accomplishment, and looking for a chance to book your next class. I know I'm looking forward to another trip from Phoenix to visit my friends at the DCC.

For those traveling from out of town, the Best Western Northwest Inn is literally next door, and offers discounts for guests of the DCC. I very much enjoyed my stay there, and it makes it even more appealing to make a return trip.

Thanks to Donovan, Ryan, Taeko, and Mackenzie---and a huge thank you for brining out guest instructors from Pneumatic Arts. See you next time!

In Dallas for the weekend and did the 90 min all-levels silks class. Highly recommended! There were some absolute beginners and one who had taken several silks classes before but the teacher was able to keep it fun, challenging and rewarding for every level. Try it at least once, it’s a blast!
There’s no AC so dress light.

I booked a two hour private trapeze class for my sister's bachelorette party and it was a HUGE SUCCESS. My sister was so surprised and excited and all the ladies had an incredible time. Even the ones who were nervous still tried and loved it, because the instructors made us feel so safe and comfortable. Very clear, thorough instruction while still being super fun and personable. Donovan was in communication with me before, helping me to plan the whole event. They also took amazing photos for us throughout the class. This was a truly unforgettable experience. Days later and we can't stop talking about it. Book a class! You will not be disappointed.

We took our college-aged kids here as a surprise before they went back to school. We had a BLAST!
Everyone had some much fun with the 2-hour Flying Trapeze class.
The instructors are great and we felt very safe doing all of the tricks and stunts.
Do yourself a favor a check them out!

Such a wonderfully amazing experience!!! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. This was my first time going and being able to pull off some of the basic tricks in less than an hour and then a few of the more than basic ones by the end of the 2hr class was thrilling.
Will definitely be flying with these guys again!!!

My daughter and a few of her friends celebrated her birthday on Saturday. They LOVED every minute of it! Thank you so much to everyone! We did an hour on the silks and an hour on the trapeze. Each girl came out saying it was the BEST DAY EVER! My only problem now is that I'm pretty sure my daughter wants to join the circus now!

The BEST experience in Dallas! A super fun and exciting thing to try on a date night or a weekend trip to the metroplex. The class is 2 hours long and it was pure fun. I felt so safe in the harness and the coaches are really fantastic. The environment is very positive and encouraging. I even got caught at the end and learned how to do a backflip in the air.

Located in the center of DFW right near everything and was easy to find!

They have a ton of other circus type classes that I can't wait to try!

My husband booked me a lesson as a surprise for my birthday. There was nothing on their website to indicate that a 3 month old pregnant woman would not be able to participate, in fact they state; "Our official policy is “If you can climb the ladder, we will let you fly!”.

The safety harness that they use clinched tightly around the waist. It was only after signing the waiver that I realized it would be impossible to participate. There are many different kind of harnesses that they could have used, and if the one that they use is not appropriate for a pregnant woman, they should have stated this on their website.

Skyline offered me a credit to be used a year later after the birth of my baby etc, but I wanted a refund. Since they refused to issue this refund, I contacted my credit card company. At this point, Skyline Trapeze sent them the picture I had taken when signing my waiver, to try and state that I had already received service. Despite their policy of no refunds, I think it reasonable to expect that they make an exception to the rule, since they failed to state that it would be physically impossible for certain people to participate.

I have tried to contact the company numerous times, but their number always goes to voicemail, and they don't respond to my messages.

Corinne, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. You are completely correct; we do not have anything on our website about pregnant women not being allowed to fly. And that is because we regularly have students taking classes until their third trimester. We explained our "no refunds" policy, and the reasoning behind our three-day cancelation policy on the day of your class. We have a limited number of spaces available each week. Before you left you accepted a transferable credit towards a future class - which was an exception to our cancelation policy - anyone could come and redeem the class you purchased. It wasn't until you claimed the charges were fraudulent that we discovered you were unhappy. We should be better about answering the phone - unfortunately most of us have full-time jobs and teach flying trapeze as a hobby. However, we did return your phone calls. Our records show you called once before filing the fraudulent charges claim, and once afterward. I, personally, attempted to return your first call - and followed up with an e-mail apologizing for playing "phone tag." After you filed the dispute I attempted to reach out again and my manager called twice - each time we left a voicemail and never heard back from you. We were fully prepared to offer you a full refund - again, against our policies - but we cannot do that while the charges are being disputed as fraudulent. When we never received a response from you and you never dropped the dispute, we were forced by the bank to issue a statement. So we submitted the cancelation policy that you agreed to when you booked the class in addition to the signed waiver that you filled out when you arrived. We have been in contact with you since you posted this review, and we are still willing to issue you a full refund - but we cannot do that until you drop the fraudulent charges claim and your bank returns the funds and fees. Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do without your cooperation.
