My wife and I visited Wild Bill’s today just to browse. We were not intending to buy anything, but ended up buying two really cool leather cowboy hats. They appear to be a very high-quality and are fun to wear. We might look a little bit out of place when we go back to Philadelphia, but we really don’t care.

The staff there, especially Bruce, was extremely friendly and very enjoyable to speak with. They had a hard time going through the pandemic and riots, but business seems to be opening up now. We are very glad to be able to patronize them to help get them back to the bustling business they had before Covid hit.

We highly recommend the store for their variety of quality products.

I loved Wild Bill’s!

As soon as I saw the store, the western vibe drew me in. The most beautiful turquoise doors opened up to a cowboy/cowgirl’s dream shop. Before you even get in the door the smell of leather hits your nose! I told my husband that something about that smell makes me want to spend money 😂.

The cowboy hats/boots were plentiful. We were in the market for a hat. There were many colors and styles to pick from.

The service was fantastic. We were greeted with smiling faces. The gentleman who helped us was great. He was present but not overwhelmingly so. Honest and friendly, he knew his stuff when it came to the hats. He also went out of his way to get my husband the exact hat size that he was looking for.

Aside from boots and hats, the store had clothing, jewelry and souvenirs. A large selection of Texas T-shirt’s, mugs, hats…

So not only did a leave with two cowboys I didn’t have when I walked in, I also got a beautiful leather purse that I can’t stop sniffing!

Highly recommend!

Lots of western wear , boots, hats, shirts, baby clothes, leather goods. Prices ranged from good to expensive but items appeared to be well made. Will definitely return when looking to buy boots

This is a good sized souvenir store in downtown Dallas. There are lots of unique items & also the standard souvenir items. Since it's Dallas there's lots of cowboy type apparel & themed souvenirs. We didn't end up buying anything here. Frankly, I found myself overwhelmed as they packed a lot of items in the space. The store is also kind of dark with all the wood paneling on the walls. I think it might have looked brighter if the walls were white. And it would be easier to see everything. The store was a little disorganized.

Stopped in to browse…$500 dollars later 😉 Great store with friendly staff and an excellent assortment of products to suit all wallets. I wanted cowboy boots but didn’t expect to buy any, but found the best pair (caiman) here. They weren’t cheap but I got a unique pair that fit good and look better. Really pleased.

This store is great! I am so glad we found it... great selection in a smallish store, reasonably priced as well. Wonderful, non-obtrusive customer service! We will be back next time we go to Dallas!

Not family friendly. Owner waved us off and refused to open the door because we were five minutes early. Left us standing outside in the bitter cold. If this is how he treats his customers I can just imagine how he treats them on price and quality. Plenty of other great Western stores in Dallas. Pass on this one, that’s what we did.

Walked by here whil on our way to Ellen's Restaurant for brunch, then returned the next day to do some shopping and really glad I did. This store has probably the largest selection of cowboy hats and boots for men, women and children that I have seen. They also carry a large selection of belts, buckles, shirts and other western merchandise. All of their products are high quality and the staff at the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. A great experience.

Purchased a great pair of boots from here with the help of the lovely staff in finding the right size. Most boots stocked here are the Carroll brand and very high quality but pricey (approx $250+)

This is a real Wild West store which you can find all essential western clothing and memorabilia here in a good quality. The gentleman at the hat section was really cool and helpful. Ask for J.R’s boots.
