I was skeptical about doing this with my family and was concerned about everyone's ability to learn to operate the Segways safely in a city environment. Turns out I didn't need to worry, the guide took plenty of time with everyone instructing them on the use of the Segway. The tour was GREAT. Our guide Danny was knowledgable and great with our group. We saw almost everything Dallas has to offer a tourist and got great tips on things/areas to come back and explore more on our own. This should be the 1st thing you do when you get to Dallas. You will have fun and learn what to do for the rest of your trip. HIGHLY recommend this tour!

We had a great time on our tour which took place on July 3th Our guide, Doug, was the best and he was very interesting. We took the first tour of the day at 9am. There were very few people on the streets, the weather was perfect and we felt safe & comfortable. I would highly recommend this activity because it is outside and it is educational. I have lived in DFW for 20 years and still learned something new on the tour. :)

My husband was a little skeptical of taking a Segway tour of Dallas. He is like a walking encyclopedia and reads maps for the fun of it, so he probably thought he wouldn't learn much on the tour and had never been on a Segway before. He was amazingly surprised about what he learned, information about the city best restaurants and museums to visit, and just the overall Segway experience. He is still talking about it. Our tour guide was AWESOME. We highly recommend it and, in fact, are buying gift certificates for a gift for our relatives who live there.

We love a Segway tour, even in our home city. Downtown Dallas has changed a lot in the 2 years since Covid hit and this tour showed us many of the new restaurants and events that have opened and upcoming renovations. We covered Pioneer Square/City Hall up to the re imagined West End, finishing with the Arts District. While Dealey Plaza was on the original itinerary, we had seen that, so our guide improvised and toured some of these other areas. Highly recommended!

Compared to similar tours we took in other US cities, this one was least informative. One of our goals was to get to know the city, or at least a part of it, not just to zoom around back alleys on a Segway. The expectation was to hear the guide talk (about places/events/people) unprompted, i.e. without the visitors having to ask all the questions, many of which remained unanswered. Too much standing around, doing small talk on irrelevant topics or daydreaming while waiting for lights to change... and missing quite a few green lights. I am sure the route could be optimized as well to avoid returning via the same streets and alleys, some of which were certainly not the most scenic.

My wife and I went on the Segway tour as part of celebrating our anniversary. The tour guide was very amicable and helpful. We even had to reschedule at the last moment and they were very accommodating and changed our tour to a later time that same day. The tour itself was great, as we hit all the interesting points in Downtown Dallas. I felt the tour guide was in control of the tour at all times and felt very safe as a result. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who has been thinking about doing it. It's very worth it.

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the history in the area. It was very interesting hearing and seeing everything on JFK. Our guide was very thorough and brought us to a few extra fun places. Loved hearing the behind the scene stories like about the "eye sore". Our guide was very aware of making us safe and pointed out things like bumps, made sure it was safe to cross roads and brought us is safe places. It was a great experience! Highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I had a wonderful Segway tour with Jason on our 18th anniversary. We had never been on a Segway before and Jason was very patient, kind, helpful and reassuring as we were learning how to successfully operate the machine. Everything he said was accurate. We were both very comfortable on it after only a few minutes of practice. The tour was informative and fun. We got off to a late start while waiting for the other two people in our tour group, but they were apologetic and it was nice having a small group with one leader. The weather was great and we enjoyed the sights we saw and the information Jason gave us about the JFK memorial, the details of his unfortunate assassination as well as other wonderful historical details about the birth of Dallas and about several of the buildings we saw along the way. Jason was funny, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I was very pleased with the experience and hope to do it again soon.

What a fun double date! Our friends visited from New Mexico and we were looking for something fun to do. After buying tickets it looked like rain in the forecast so Doug graciously bumped us up a day. The training on the segway was fun and easy. The entire tour was educational and exciting! We enjoyed the history lesson and seeing JFK mememorial. We had a blast!

Whenever we have friends and family come down to visit we always take them on a Segway tour. Most people have never been on a segway and we noticed that it's a great way to explore some of the greatness the city has to offer. Every tour guide we have had has been fantastic. We have done this tour 5 times and each time it's a different experience.
