This is a must see in dallas. I have the membership so makes going fun, plus its close to the dallas aquarium so make a day out of both.

I was worried this museum would be geared for younger kids but my 10 year old twins and 8 year old had a blast. They didn't want to leave! We stayed from opening to closing. We started up top and worked our way down. From...More

We took my teenage nephew here and had a great time! There is so much to learn. I like that most everything in interactive. The films were fun too. Buy the combo tickets and take advantage of all the fun to be had!

Saw 2 IMAX programs- reasonable price and lots of interesting facts for everyone and the photographs were incredible. The theater is comfortable, seats are placed so that even little ones can see. As is true in most of these places the food is expensive and...More

Took the kids & had a blast! Very well designed Museum. My kids enjoyed the hands-on exhibits on the second floor the best. The oil/energy section was a little propogandish, but otherwise informative.

Go early, and even with CityPass, you will not have lines (at opening, crowds by noon). Unlike any other similarly-sized museum we have visited, Perot offers both high-quality robotics and evolution exhibits. I agree with the other reviewer: a combination of Smithsonian's natural history and...More

Excellent! Everything was hand's on and interactive. So much fun for kids and adults. Plan a day of this. There is even a 3d movie you watch. If I were to come back to Dallas I would go again.

Took my young granddaughter and wife to this truly great science museum in downtown Dallas. We all had a great time, and my wife does not like museums. Some really cool sports related and of course Texas geology and archeology included. You want dinosaurs? You...More

Is there a good restaurant nearby? If we leave, can we go back in on the same ticket if it's the same day?

The cafeteria inside the Museum has decent food, clean and in real working environment, which for kids is also learning experience. Going out of the premises and coming back, I don't recommend.
