Food trucks are cheap and awesome!

Food trucks have a great variety of stuff! From southern to asian! We had a great time just chilling out. Highlight would be us playing Scrabble game!

This park is built over a submerged expressway. There are food trucks during the day. At night try Savor for a great meal. They often have music or simple entertainment in the pavilion. Kids love to play in the water feature. Dogs Ins leash are welcome.

We took a bus ride around the city center area and found this park. There were several food trucks and lots of tables to eat at. Several of the people were eating their lunch that they brought to work that day. Several people had small children but there was plenty of place for them to run and play.

Wish it was bigger. Really good food trucks, though. Very busy on weekends. It's a Dallas must-see. Amazing library, good place for reading the paper and drinking coffee.

Great place to grab a bite from the food trucks or restaurants on site. I just enjoy people watching and playing a game with my daughter when we go. They often have free fitness activities such as yoga in the early mornings. There is also a dog park and great little area for small children to play. During the warm... More

Or is small but very clean. I loved watching the kids playing in the fountains. But the best gem to this place was all of the awesome food trucks !

Great place to let the kids run around in the middle of the city, as well as to get a bite to eat. Lots of food truck options. We didn't have time to try any of them out.

Ok to unwind and have the kids run around - albeit with you chasing them because the area is NOT safe for kids to be free (a bit sketchy)

They have a kids area with water features and climbing structures (it is not enclosed so not the best for runaways), a dog park, plenty of seating, wi-fi, food trucks, out door performers, beer and wine vendors, and more. This was my first weekend visit. We didn't find street parking but parked in the arts district parking lot a block... More

The park is nice and has lots of fun stuff. Although it is an area of 5.2 acres, is small for the downtown. Another disadvantage that takes the fifth star is that there is free parking and you may park only on the street around.
