    First time in Dallas
This was a festive gem in the heart of the bustling downtown Dallas area. Parking can be very tricky so I suggest looking for garage parking. The average prices as of April 2024 is about $10 per hour. If you use an app called Spothero.com you will be able to locate less expensive parking garages nearby. Once you get to the park you’ll notice a variety of food trucks, large decorative water area for children to play in, grassy areas to sit, eat, dance, Ana people watch. There are several games like ping pong, and adult sized checkers to play with friends. There is also one live concert/ stage area to listen to live music. You can’t beat all of these free and fun activities (except for food trucks.) it’s a lot of fun with friends, family, or even by yourself.

    Great spot
Great park with a lot happening. The hardest part is finding parking nearby because the park gets really busy. There were at least a dozen food trucks the Sunday afternoon I went and even with the crowd, I was able to easily find a spot to sit and eat.

    Must visit in Dallas
This is such a lovely park! It's right near lots of fun places to see. We loved the music playing, the lights, the food truck, the outdoor games and most of all we loved the splash fountain. It was awesome to play with your family surrounded by big skyscrapers as the sun got low. Such a great place!

The park was abuzz with everyone from dancers practicing on the stage, retirees enjoying lunch, kiddos playing the splash pads, and stroller pushing caregivers. It was surprisingly serene being in a park literally on top of a highway in the middle of a metropolis. Some of the kids' area was closed due to COVID. But there was an abundance of food trucks to choose from and enjoy.

The park is great for all ages. It offers the urban feel of a great city park and provides green space and respite from the city's bustle. it has lots of seating & tables to relax and enjoy the good views of downtown. It's also a short walk from the Perot Nature and Science Museum, Dallas Art District, and even to get a ride the McKinney Trolley.

Accidentally stumbled upon this gem when we saw the lit up arches and fountain show when we drove past at night, and it looked so nice we had to make it a point to go back and have a walk around. Ended up enjoying it so much we went back a second time during the day, to check out all the great food trucks ringing the park. What a great place to hang out in the neighborhood! It's not large, about 2 city blocks in length, but the lawns are really well maintained, plenty of clean seating, lots of fun free activities (giant connect-4 set, ping pong tables, foosball...), stocked hand sanitizer stations, totally yum food trucks, dancing fountain shows with good music at night - it's not a must see, but definitely nice to spend some time here if you're already in the area!

How many places have a park hanging out over a highway? Dallas takes its urban environment and turns it into a green space to enjoy and appreciate the weather and outdoors. There's food trucks, playgrounds, and grassy areas to hang out. Plus, hop on/off the M-line trolley to get around Uptown and Downtown. Fun for couples, friends, and/or families!

We visited this park on a cool Monday morning, and there were no other people in the park, besides janitorial staff. Looks like a nice place for young families. Nice play area with soft surface flooring. Nice little cafes for evening outdoor dining. Nothing else here.

I went to the Dallas Arts District. Klyde Warren Park was adjunct it. It is two or three blocks long. The park was packed with plenty people (locals & tourist), loud music, drumming, dancing, food trucks, lawn loungers and wine drinkers. Surreal experience for me. Memorable. Enjoyable.

I went with my two young girls, they really enjoyed it, the place is nice and clean, there is hand sanitizer available at the playground entrance, also there is a small restroom and two outside places to wash your hands at any time. Get ready with an extra change since the kids can get wet. On weekends you will find food trucks, during the week you can bring your pick-nick basket.
When you have finished your journey, you can take the Trolley, which will take you for a nice downtown free trip.

The best part of our trip to this beautiful park is just being there. The trees and gardens are immaculate and downright relaxing. It is simply breathtaking at night to walk under the grand skyline of Dallas. Food trucks are nearby and safe. There is music going on as well. It is the perfect romantic spot regardless of the weather or season. It's family friendly and safe.
