Fine way to spend an hour and a half if you have $25 per head. The exhibit was much smaller than we expected for the price. It's definitely geared towards kids so bring hand sanitizer - most of the exhibits are hands-on. It's also very hard to hear eachother being that the building is small and was full of people. They either need to let fewer people in, install carpet on the wall/ceiling, or charge less for admission.

My teen and I had a good time. We decided to walk on while hanging out in Dallas. We learned that tickets are available online only and luckily there were a few available for that current time slot. Since there were quite a few people, it did get jammed at some of the exhibits and we just rerouted ourselves. The place is not huge so I wouldn’t plan more than an hour to get around. I’d try to go during a less crowded time if I were to return.

This place seems like a better fit for older kids though there might be a few things smaller children would enjoy. The staff was very friendly and made our visit pleasant. They are willing to answer questions and assist with taking photos which was appreciated.

The Museum of Illusions has some fun things to do and see with opportunities to take photos of fun illusions. We went there to kill time on a long layover in Dallas and my kids enjoyed the experience. It is very small, and some of the illusions were ones that I have seen many times. But, there were some fun illusions too. It was a very short experience, and I feel it was a bit overpriced for what it was. All in all, if you have an hour to kill and you are willing to shell out some money, then this is a decent way to do it. It also seemed to be geared a little more towards smaller kids, but my teenagers enjoyed it enough.

I spent $60 on about 25 minutes of okay-ness. First of all, the place is really small for an interactive museum. Second, there just wasn't enough things to do that would last more than 25 minutes except an occasional waiting to take a picture. Third, this place should only charge about $10 if that per person. I drove about an hour based on reviews that made it sound like a really fun place so with the price of gas and ticket prices I feel like it was a wasted day and wasted money. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless it was a lot cheaper or even better...free.

As part of celebrating my dad‘s 82nd birthday, we made a list of what we thought were fun activities in Dallas. Our first stop was this so-called museum (it’s really just a few rooms with a collection of illusions). It is a bright orange place with lots of activity and fun stuff to see. Upon arriving we paid the entry price, which I considered a bit expensive for what we received, and were given a brief overview by a young lady. She spoke so quickly that none of us in our group could understand if I asked her to please slow down. She said, “ this is just the way I speak.”, refusing to adjust so that we could actually understand the introduction. Needless to say not a great start, but we made it our way around the exhibits and had a good time. Beware that this is seriously a very small exhibit with a few fun things to see and a couple of interesting items for great photographs. It will take you about an hour at best. If the price were cheaper I would recommend this place, but sincerely I wouldn’t go back.

From what I saw online it looked like a fun place to go to. But as soon as my friends and I arrived at the place, we were a little confuse. The place was very small and it was only a one story building. It was very crowded with a lot of people, but we tried to make the best of it. The admission tickets were expensive in my opinion just to walk around and have to wait in line on other people just to interact with the illusions. We couldn’t really enjoy ourselves because we always had to move to the next piece very quickly. I understand now why they say no refunds because I would’ve ask for my money back. Will not return.

the place is so small.. it’s not giving what it was supposed to have gave. $20 is too much money for 1 person $10 is more reasonable. the main room people wanted to take pictures in was dirty and couch cushion wouldnt even stay so we couldn’t even capture the illusion smh. Oh and it was hot Af too many ppl in a small room.

We visited this place the day after Thanksgiving. For $19/afdult it took all of 35 min to get through the exhibits. The palce is drafty, small, the place is worn and the illusions not so good. I guess it might be interesting to kids, but for afaults, don't waste you money.

Basically, this place has pictures on walls wth a brief description/explanation next to the pictures. That is it!! Nothing more!! I guess if you are only paying for yourself and you want to kill 30 minutes, it is worth $20. But if you are bringing a family, forget it. This museum is way TOO expensive for a family.

The experience offered many Illusions I had never before experienced and the staff was more than willing to help you and your partner take a pic while immersing yourself in several of the Illusions. However, the venue was fairly tight while the crowd on a late Tuesday morning in July was much more than expected.

The price at this time was $21 a piece with no exception for seniors or AAA and photos were allowed only in specified areas.

If you go, please have someone available to read explainations of the Illusions as many of the Illusions are not evident with just a quick first look.
