Go for the beer! (Not for the food)

The food was disappointing. Our flatbreads were undercooked. The nachos look like something a poor college student scraped together from crap in the back of their dorm fridge. We waited 30 minutes for the beer cheese and it tasted like they forgot to add the cheese. Super icky and bland. However, they had some great beer. This Many is a delicious Belgian that I got a 4-pack of to go. The staff were friendly. They allow you to bring food in, and that’s a good suggestion.

Wide variety of beers, the food just okay

We popped into this brewery for a quick drink while waiting for our hotel to be ready. The variety of flavors the brewery had was pretty impressive (with flavors using things like guava). The service at the bar was friendly and by far the Porter was our favorite. We ordered the Nachos and Pretzel bites, but neither of those are worth getting. I think this spot has good beer game and a nice atmosphere, so I would suggest stopping in for that, but just avoid the food.

Got the house cider. Very good, not too sweet. Sour and porter both got a thumbs up. Pretzel bites were real good also. Not crowded on a Thursday at 1:00

We really enjoyed the beer and the atmosphere.
Friendly bartenders.
If it’s a nice day, they have a great patio with games.

In Dallas to see family. My girlfriend and I were in the area and very pleased to find a brewery. We are from Wisconsin and love to try different breweries. We got to meet the owner who was very friendly and engaging. The beer and service was great. Westlake will be added to our list of stops, the next time we are in Dallas.
