Granted there is some history here as one of first if its genre They claim first- so does Kansas City tho. What it is actually is a bunch of over priced stores with difficult parking - hardly a tourist destination unless from a snall town...More

This is the place to go for upscale shopping and dining. Great shops and super yummy restaurants. They even have a wonderful upscale grocery.

Hi goodag87. Usually they turn them on, on Black Friday. That is just the next night after Thanksgiving. It turns to be very nice there as well that in the Harbour.
