A little late for this year, but plan to make reservations when the reservation lines open up next November. Horse and carriage ride thru HIghland Park, the wealth in the community shows with some over the top holiday decorations. Not cheap, $250+ for a four-seat...More

Wonderful for window shopping even if the couture boutiques are a little rich for your budget. Blue grocery, movies, cantina mex are all there. Much fun!

Hotels in Highland Park? (6 Replies)
Just wondering if there are any hotels <$125/night or so that are in Highland Park, but not right on the freeway? Would you happen to know of any that are walking distance to Highland Park Village, residential highland park, or other pedestrian-friendly areas? Thanks!!

There is the Hilton in University Park near Preston Center...not sure about the $125/night, though.
