During the month of August, the admission fee went down to $2 rather than the standard $15, and parking was discounted to $5, so we took advantage and braved the heat to visit this beautiful garden. The foliage is absolutely gorgeous. There's just no other...More

We went during August when the Arboretum had discounted entry ($2 per person, as opposed to $15) and we thought it was a bargain. We had a delightful picnic overlooking the lake and were surrounded by beautifully manicured lawns and flowerbeds. The weather itself was...More

Always a changing delight. The beautiful colorful displays are well worth your time. Changed seasonally so each time you visit is a new experience. Great for friends or family alike. Higly recommend.

I love the Arboretum. It is beautiful and constantly changes with the seasons. It is well cared for and constantly changing with the seasons. The kids area is outstanding. Children can spend hours there learning while playing. One of Dallas’s best days out.

Wonderful place to take young children. Very large facility with opportunities to romp in water features. Some of the exhibits needed repair.

Not at the Arboretum, but at Fair Park, about four miles southeast. There are several fireworks displays visible from White Rock Lake Park, but they are several miles away.
