We had a great time. Had to use a few hints but not as many as expected. We finished with time to spare. Overall a very good time. I recommend this escape room for a good way to make sure you get a private room with just your group.

Very fun and challenging puzzles! We did Wild West which was the hardest level of the 3 games. i enjoyed the theming. Jack was a very great and enthusiastic game master. Great time with the fam, would come back again!
One con is that they have not changed the games in several years so once you played all 3 that’s pretty much it.

I did the Wild West room. It was very elaborate and well designed. While it's technically their hardest room, we got out fairly quickly. But we were the first group to escape that day. Good mix of puzzles for all different sorts of thinkers. We had 7 in our group which was a bit tight for the space. Staff was friendly and the booking process was extremely simple. We bought our tickets on Groupon for a fantastic price! Would definitely go back to try the other rooms.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. We had a horrible experience with a host on location and the whole system of how this company does business.
When you walk in it smells like you came in a restroom, the smell of air fresheners was so strong.
Our appt was at 10pm. Prior our visit I scheduled us on a website and filled out the form, where I needed to provide my personal info and info of other guests..
«Okey» - I though it has a purpose..
But when we came in, the host with a sour face asked «Do you have a reservation?»
No «Hi!» No «how are you, guys?»
She sees 2 people and she has 1 reservation at 10pm and she does not look at her laptop before meet guests?
«Okay…» maybe it is normal too.. Right after she got my name, she said «your timer is on and you have 1 hour, but by the way each guest need to fill up a wavior»
She pointed to the wall and left.
No smile. No friendly attitude.. Just very bad attitude
When we opened the wavior it wasn’t it. It was more to get more info about each guest… Excuse me? for what purpose? We came to have 1 hour experience and I already put info and spent 10min to do so.. and now each guest need to do the same.
So, guess what, guys?
To have 1 hour experience you need to waste at least 30min total on all these stupid things that only treat the business, So they can spam you after. We asked to do it only for 1 guest or skip and with a sour face host said «no»
At the result we left. By the way, they will treat you the same and do anything nice to you. Why?
Because when you book and pay, your money is NOT refundable. So why will they treat you well if no matter what they will get their money??
We left even before we got into the escape room. We asked for a refund because how they make the experience from the beginning tells me that I personally don’t want to deal with these type of people and business. Of course, they point on a website that it is not refundable. I wasted 90$ to enjoy the toilet smell, spent 10 min with an unfriendly host and filling up the forms which will cause having nonstop spam
Excuse me, but can you see coming to Starbucks and before having a cup of coffee which you will enjoy for an hour you need to give a list of your info?
Please learn how to provide a good experience before starting a business.

Had a good time in the beginning, however, the escape room had a mechanism issue about 20 min in and we succeeded on accident... wasn’t able to solve it on our own, kind of a total bummer and wasn’t able to do a different one instead or get a discount. Additionally, the worker didn’t seem to want to be there or pay attention to us while in the room.

Great time at the Wild West escape room for the 4 of us. We had some starting trouble, but the game master gave us a nudge in the right directionand we off we went! So fun and a great time to work together as a team.
It was my first time and Laurel and Casey were so friendly and helpful (I hope I remembered the names right, it was the 2 ladies working on 9/1 around 7p). We had a blast! Will recommend to my friends for sure.

We were in Dallas for a family wedding. Our family has been wanting to try an escape room for a long time. When I read the reviews for the PanIQ room in Dallas, we decided to give it a try. We also found a fantastic deal on Groupon. Ammon was our game master and was fantastic! He was professional and fun. If we lived in Texas, we would definitely be going back.

Game master Trey was helpful knowledgeable and very funny. My family had so much fun we immediately booked and completed another room. Some of our group had done other escape room and they said both of the ones we did the Wild West and the Zombie Apocalypse we well done but it was my first one and Trey’s guidance made the whole experience lots of fun.

This was my first escape room and we had so much fun. We did the Wild West room and we had 7 family members in our group. There was so much info to figure out (even red herrings) that we all had something to work on. We successfully made it out with a few hints. Our "instructor", Trey, gave us great hints and he was very professional, helpful and humorously got us prepared for our adventure. We had so much fun that we decided to stay and do the Zombie room. Definitely a highlight to our holiday weekend.

We went to PanIQ yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was the first time for four of us, but it won't be the last! We had some struggles but that is what made it so much fun. The staff could not have been nicer. I dealt with (Annan ?) on the phone and then, again, at the facility. He is everything you want in an employee. Personable, funny, attentive, etc.
We will definitely do another experience.
