We had a great time on the Downtown Dallas tour! This was our first segway tour. Larry & Cyndi made us feel right at home, gave us great instructions, and were very knowledgeable about the area. They were also a lot of fun! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Dallas.

I took the Historic Segway tour which included a 30min lesson and 1.5 hours tour. You need only show up the tour guide will take pictures of your group and the sites. This was one of the highlights of my groups trip (3 30ish women) Frankie was our guide, he was great gave us interesting facts, answered all our questions and gave us great dining and drink suggestions.

I had never been on a segway before but Mike got us going safely. He was very knowledgeable. We had a great time seeing the sites and learning the history of the area. There was so much more to see and do than the JFK stuff. A segway was definitely the way to see it all.

I booked this trip online with much excitement after reading the reviews on the website.

A lady at Dallas Segway phoned me back and left a voicemail saying that my tour was booked and she just needed my credit card details. When I phoned back about an hour later (I had to phone four time until someone finally picked up the phone), I was told that someone else had taken my reservation.

I was only in Dallas for the weekend and had booked this tour according. The lady at Dallas Segway was completely unaccommodating and downright rude to me. In no way was she apologetic and even tried to provide a reasonable explanation.

The tour itself may be great (I will never know!), but the attitude and professionalism of their staff in the booking office is terrible.

This tour group treats everyone like children under the guise of "safety". I have been on other segway tours that are so much more fun than this one. If you like boring, following strict rules, being watched to make sure you don't break the rules, and love getting your picture taken over and over... then this is the tour for you. If those things don't appeal, go elsewhere since this one can just be way too frustrating. The tour guides need to chill a bit.

Dallas Segway Tours was wonderful. This was our first time on a segway and they took their time to show us how to maneuver through the city on the segway. So patient and very informative. Would definately tour with Cindi & Dirk again!!

This was a great way to learn the city. The tour takes you all over Downtown Dallas and gives you insight on the best way to spend your time. Larry and Cindy were informative, fun and caring. They made sure you were familiar with the Segway before taking it out. They made sure we always had water on this hot day and were safety conscious. I’m 55 but in my Segway group we had people in their 20’s and 30’s and everyone enjoyed themselves. Larry, Cindy and Dirk, Thank-You

During the tour we had a kind, and knowledgable tour guide. During the tour you are provided with the Segway, a bottle of water, a poncho if necessary and a intercom between the tour guide and the riders. If you are a first time rider no worries there was multiple people in my group that were new to Segways. Throughout the tour you visit multiple landmarks and plenty of background information about it. In conclusion I would recommend this to anyone and everyone

The Segway tour was awesome! Our group of 5 took the Katy Trail and our guides, Larry and Cindy made the day a huge success. Segways are so much fun and a great way to see parts of Dallas and the Katy Trail. Dragon Park was an unusual oasis in the middle of a big city!
