So we walked from our hotel to see this and got there to the disappointment of it all the water being drained and construction going on so unfortunately we didn’t get to see any of it

Loved the oasis of breaking water in the gardens on a hot day in Dallas. Lovely place and free too! I would certainly recommend a 20-minute stop here - more if you can spare the time.

Yes, it is. I visited a few days ago and it is still closed. I did not see a sign that said when it would be complete. Supposedly they are putting in a resturant.
