Our first visit here ,we brought our grandsons 6&9 along with their Mum in July school holidays . We had booked everything online before we went a ski session in the morning and a tobogganing and play session in the afternoon . We hired boots and clothing before we came which I highly recommend and i would suggest you hire... More

Well tended by staff, hire was reasonable cost and with good quality equipment. Great that times are staggered so not to have too many people on at once. Loads of family fun.

We have made 2 trips here (2016 winter and 2015 winter) and were thoroughly chuffed with the snow play and toboggan area. We brought our 4 year old daughter and she had a very good time. The slopes were decently steep enough to gather quite a bit of speed and the snow play area had pretty good snow coverage (we... More

Had an excellent time here with our two kids (2:00 - 4:30pm session), especially after reading all the TripAdvisor reviews (and the webpage for Corin Forest) and setting our expectations accordingly. This a tiny place, perfect for introducing young kids to snow for the first time. A pleasant drive from Canberra and relatively inexpensive ($175 for entry and all gear... More

First time for my kids to the snow and it was horrible . If was so badly organised had to line up to rent snow gear for ages in a tiny little room which felt like it was run by teenagers that didn't know what they were doing . Then got bogged when leaving when they told me where to... More

Corin Foret is easy to get to and pretty accessible for most vehicles. I like that you can book and prepay online, but all this does is assures your place, you still have to queue with all the people who didn't pre book and then want to ask questions about whether they really need boots (yes is the answer). We... More

We (4A + 4C) had a great time. The snow was machine made because the temps had not been cold enough for snow. There is no-where else we can hire a taboggan and have snow play from (our session) 8.30 to 11am for $50 Family. It is $15 each plus equip hire booked online. This session was long enough for... I'm giving this an "average" rating because my 4-year-old loved the tobogganing, but from a more clear-eyed adult point of view it really deserves a lower rating. I'd certainly never attempt it again during school holidays. Pros: an easy and relatively affordable way to give the kids a taste of snow without an actual trip to the snowfields. Cons: It... More

We had a fun afternoon at Corin Forest. Visiting outside of the NSW/ACT school holidays was great as we pretty much had the run of the place, especially towards the end of the session (we went in the afternoon). Unfortunately there was only a very small area for snow play on the day we went - just a small strip... More

Overall the kids had a great time once they got out onto the snow. Hiring the ski gear and clothes is totally disorganised. It did say to get there 1 hr before the lessons to get all the gear but as the morning session was finishing and people trying to return gear at same time we were trying to hire... More
