We put our boat in here when we go to Canyon Lake. $3 to get in. I just wish they would open up the bathrooms for crying out loud! Easy in out for boats. Close to the Marina

The facilities for camping are very good. They provide covered tables, water, electricity and restrooms. They have two fishing areas.

We came to this fishing pier after we first went to Potter's Creek fishing pier and were told by the gate attendant it was broken down and needed to be fixed. When you enter the park you turn left before the guard gate. There is no fee. The road takes you down to the lake where there is a fairly... More

WE WERE JUST VISITING FRIENDS IN THE RV PARK BUT IT WAS A VERY WELL MAINTAINED CORP OF ENGINEERS PARK ON CANYON LAKE. Concrete pads for the RVs and parking for vehicle and or boat. There is also a primitive camp area and it is in close proximity to a fishing dock.

A great campsite for motor homes. Very good infrastructure and very good camp host. Within a stones throw fantastic eating places with a great variety. Must mention the beautiful country.

If you just read a map it is easy to get to but if you go by junk on the net it can be a nightmare. Crane's Mill is a very up to date and nice park. I have been going to Potter's Creek for years but due to the shutdown I went to Crane's Mill and think it will... More

There are a lot of tent sites and about 30 RV sites. The lake views are very nice. Kayaking is possible as there are shallow areas to put in. Fishing is nice from the high rocky area on the west side, but don't forget your fishing license as the state wardens have been ticketing for no-license a lot in the... More

This was my second trip to the park. Still water leakage from hookups, grass overgrown, lots of tents in the sight and sexual activities in the bathrooms from young campers in campsite. Also park hosts were nice, however, they were so nice they held up the line with talking (at one time 6 cars in line). They also wanted us... More

I had a family members' funeral to attend at Fort Sam Houston on a Friday, but the family luncheon and dinner was held in Bandera County. We took our RV to stay in as there isn't much in the way of hotels, and the family home has only one bedroom. We have stayed across the lake a few years ago,... More
