If you want to visit nice cave with a lot of stalactite you have to find another. If you want to see large military museum.. go somwhere else.. but if you want to see reallity.. visit Výpustek. This old cave has been almost destroyed by armies of german third reich and than by soviet army during cold war. Now you can see how this place looks like during its history.. the old antinuclear bunker, and much older cave

This cave is not as famous or visited as Purkynova cave, for example, but when we went there, it was quite interesting. With lesser amount of tourists, guides are more attentive and have time to answer every possible question about the cave history or military equipment left there after it ceased its role of atomic shelter for Czechoslovak military and Party bosses.

A very unusual cave complex, incorporating ancient caverns and 20th century military history in the form of a former German underground factory and a more recent nuclear-proof command bunker (complete with all its fixtures and fittings). We had a guide who was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the complex and who clearly loved his job - as do all the other staff who have done so much to restore the complex to its former glory. Together with the ancient and modern history underground, the excellent museum and interactive displays (in several languages) on the first floor make this a most interesting and educational visit.
