Founded on the cornerstones of family, tradition and romance, Messina Hof...

Founded on the cornerstones of family, tradition and romance, Messina Hof Winery & Resort has held its place as a Brazos Valley staple since its founding in 1977. It is the estate winery where the Messina Hof winemaking team crafts our world-class wines. Messina Hof had humble beginnings as founders, Paul Vincent and Merrill Bonarrigo ran the lab, tastings, etc right out of their living room. Our current Tasting Room, also known as the Guest Center, was the rebuilt home that wa originally the Ursuline Academy, which was an all girls school. The original brick from the home was used to build the Tasting Room that guests can still see today.

Local vineyard.

One of the top vineyards in Texas. A must visit when traveling to Bryan/College Station. Wines are awesome and the annual grape stomp is fun!

What a FUN place to try relax and try new wines! The staff members are is very knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and professional. They have a great wine bar menu and if you are there on Sunday morning, there is an extended menu including brunch and lunch, I highly recommend the seafood scampi. If you are going to an Aggie game... More

Take time to get your stomp on at Messina Hof's Annual super sweet grape harvest. Taste the goodness of their grapes after many months of perfect fermentation. Your tastebuds will thank you!

Our meal was fresh and perfectly prepared. Filet was very tasty and was accompanied with quail and locally grown vegetables. Fish was a fantastic for a warm summer night with a light white wine. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Noise level was a little high from a large table but overall experience was great. We will dine again.

I've been on this tour several times, but I believe that my last two tours have been the best! Ryan did our tour in May and Kaitlin did our tour in July. Their enthusiasm and knowledge were amazing. They gave great info about the history, the B&B, the wine process and the wines. Special props to Michael B for his... More

We have been to Messina Hof in Bryan many, many times. We keep returning because we are always very pleased with our overnight stays at the gorgeous and meticulously run Villa bed and breakfast, our wine tasting and tours experiences with the fun, knowledgeable, and informative retail and Wine Bar staff, and our fantastic meals at their Vintage House restaurant,... This place is one of my five favorite restaurants in the state, especially in the summer when the grapes are on the vines. The restaurant is superb. The wait staff kind, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant is in the barrel room with one bottles and beautiful stained glass. It's always a must stop for us when we're in the Bryan... More

My friend and I visited this winery on a Wednesday and Thursday. The Wine Bar is only open Thurs thru Saturday. On Wednesday we were able to go thru the tour which was $15 and included 4 tastings and a souvenir glass; it lasted about 1 hour and was informative. Thursday we returned and visited the Wine Bar, had an... More

My husband and I did the tour of the winery. We have toured many wineries in the states and in Europe so the tour itself was OK. The wine tasting part was the best we have ever experienced. Kaitlyn gave us so much information we had never received before about how to actually go through all the steps of tasting... More

I like their wine as much as wine flown in from italy. The food is always wonderful. I usually get beef or chicken. The wine barrel room is a neat new addition with wine barrels lining floor to ceiling. I have taken their wine classes and also done wine tastings here.
