I took the tour and it was pretty standard factory tour stuff but it's informative and paced well-enough for young kids and grown adults. I didn't find the tour long or lagging and it was cool to see how all the ice cream is processed...More

Wonderful place to visit. The Ice cream is the best. I wish it was sold in the grocery stores in Utah!

The tour was good. Standard factory stuff. Nicki our guide did a fine job of keeping it light but informative. The best part is the end, where the icecream parlor awaits.

We have been to Blue Bell several times through the years and it is always fun and always informative. The attendants and docents are smiling and seem to enjoy their jobs and visitors, which is refreshing. Their visitor areas are also well done with fun,...More

My family and I enjoyed our tour of the Blue Bell Creameries today. We arrived at 10:30 am, bought tickets and were on the 10:55 am tour. The tours were every 10-15 minutes; I assume the times are adjusted based on the number of people...More

This has never happened to me so I am not sure. Bluebell is the best ice cream I have ever had....especially their homemade vanilla. The opposite of cheap flavored ice cream. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
