About
The Baytown Little Theater is an incorporated, non-profit cultural organization. Our mission is to offer the play-going public the very best in comedy, dramatic and musical productions. We are an all-volunteer theater supported by the generosity of individuals, families and businesses by membership dues and by ticket sales Our productions have been compared favorably with those of The Alley Theater, Stages, and TUTS (Theater Under The Stars) in Houston. We are fortunate to draw upon a wealth of willing talent and energetic volunteers who all love the theater and want to be a part of the community theater experience!

This is one of the coolest places you will ever visit with local actors in GREAT performances. Recommended to ALL! (depending on show-of course) This a Baytown MUST!

Love coming to see shows. Best entertainment so far that Baytown has to offer. People are always very friendly and the facility is very clean.

I just saw "The Dixie Swim Club" at the Baytown Little Theater & it was fantastic!!! Not only was the story line endearing & cute & definitely funny, ALL of the actresses who played the various women in the story were absolutely wonderful!!! They received a well-deserved standing ovation!!!
This is the first time I've been to the Baytown Little Theater & it definitely won't be my last. (It's a hidden gem in Baytown.) The ticket prices are very reasonable at $ 15, especially considering the excellent quality of the production & how entertaining it was. The current location is convenient (just off Baker Road near the Courthouse).
There are a other productions planned for this year & into early next year. Based on the detailed booklet they handed out, they hold open auditions for each of their productions also.
It's a relatively small but comfortable theater. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Baytown Little Theater & plan to go again this year!!!

I just saw "Fiddler on the Roof" & thoroughly enjoyed it --- it was EXCELLENT!! The rather large & extensive cast received a very well deserved standing ovation!!! Everyone was absolutely wonderful --- so many noteworthy performances & moments throughout the entire play. The 3.5 hours went by very quickly!
Richard Shutic as "Tevye" delievered an amazing performance!!! He has an incredible voice & was excellent & memorable --- FANTASTIC!!! I also especially enjoyed Amy Miller-Martin as "Golde", Lavalea Partsch as "Tzeitel" and Chelsee Jernigan as "Hodel". Chelsee has such a beautiful voice --- only wish she had sung more!!!
I would HIGHLY recommend Baytown Little Theater. They put on a Broadway quality play but at a VERY reasonable price ($ 20 a ticket).
The "Fiddler on the Roof" was held at Lee College's Center for Performing Arts which was a great venue. Parking was great (free) & it was a very nice facility. It was also nice to have local businesses represented & greeters in the lobby (everyone was very nice) who also had bottled water & small cans of soda available at the Intermission. (Just wish they recycled the bottles & cans!)

I attended opening night 11/30 and there was A LOT of Christmas Spirit, not just a little.
In addition, there was plenty of nostalgia and heartfelt feelings to go around—-even if you were not a Boomer. From the opening, the lead character J.D. got right into his journey of finding what he was missing in life and sent the audience on a make believe trip into SantaLand. I love happy endings.
Well done. I am going to see it again!!!

I took my family to see Peter Pan recently. It was a great time. Everyone is so friendly. This was out 2nd time visiting this theater and we're locked out so much we are considering getting season tickets. I love supporting the community

The Baytown Little Theater does a great job with talent not just from Baytown, but the surrounding area. The shows are outstanding. Some of them are done at the Lee College Performing Arts auditorium. The summer musicals are excellent, especially when they can afford a live orchestra.

I've seen several productions and they have all been excellent. I would suggest a trip to the Baytown Little Theater to anyone. From the direction, lighting, sound, props to the acting. A very Big production for a smaller city. Go to a production you will not be disappointed!
