The history of this place is incredible. So many singer/songwriters have been here the list is too long to mention. Stop in while you’re in our great town and enjoy the experience.

Been there twice. Once with local live music; Outstanding. Last week during Cowboy Mardi Gras. Great atmosphere, cold beer and best juke box in Texas.

There was no way we were going to Bandera and not hit Arkey Blue's Silver Dollar Bar. It's iconic. Classic honky-tonk, tons of history, country music, quirky decor, and friendly patrons. It's downstairs, just off the main street, and we actually drove past it a...More

Best sawdust bar in Texas. Dance the night away in this great place. If you like either of the two types of music, country or western, you will love it.

The door leading downstairs to the Silver Dollar Bar is nearly hidden, easy to miss. That said when you arrive at the bottom of the stairs it opens up to what makes Texas great, a honky tonk, sawdust on the floor, jukebox music ($1 for...More
