Where to start. Had such a wonderful day. Place is fascinating and beautiful. The settlement was absolutely amazing. The sleeping beauty exhibit scared the pants off the kids. We will be back and can't wait to see anything new added.

Some of the exhibits are indoors. There are 3 floors of indoor exhibits. There are many exhibits outdoors too.

They have a couple of food and drink "stands" but not a restaurant. Decent prices on drinks and food

If you have little children, there is a place called Safari Park between Union City and Memphis....it is a "drive through zoo"....and on a pretty day, can be a lot of fun for younger children. You can check it out online. I agree with the Reelfoot Lake suggestion...if you like fried catfish! It is a unique looking lake, and the food at the restaurants is delicious!
