The new playground and beach were cute. Some families were picnicking there. The remains of the coke ovens were fascinating. Be careful walking along the road! Cars come around the corner frequently and quickly. There is an unmarked path that allows you to walk behind...More

I go fishing here a lot through the warmer weather & have not seen a lot of fish here in a long time. Great for swimming in the summer but this place needs a park ranger or life guard at all times or someone who...More

Very nice, but small visitor's center. Wish I would have had my grandkids with me as it was very interactive. Helpful with trails. Very nice area and can't wait to hike more of the trails. Fiery Gizzard is pretty cool!

With the natural beauty an awesome local history that surrounds this area, the lake is a fantastic little place to spend a few hours of your day.

Grundy Lakes, a day-use area in Tracy City Tennessee, provides swimming, picnicking, fishing, hiking and a view of 19th century coke ovens. There is a 2 mile paved walking trail around the park and lakes. There is a beach for swimming and a bath house.
