This was so much fun and relaxing i enjoyed our guide and lots of interesting points I had no idea about. I would definitely do this cruise, but if you do the 2 he cruise it will probably turn into 2-1/2 hrs which was great. The only thing is there is no bathroom break along the way so beware of that. Another thing is that the pontoon is covered but you might want to get some sun block to be safe. Another thing was that towards the end the bugs seemed to start biting so bug spray might be good to. This is great for a family. You will see birds and other animals which children i believe will love. Please go and enjoy your time, but if you bathroom issues might want to ask.

This is THE BEST way to see Reelfoot Lake and with the knowledgeable guides to show you more wildlife you would ever see. It was a nice relaxing way to spend 3 hours.

Book the Pontoon Boat Tour through the State Park Visitor Center if you want to see the lake. It is quite reasonably priced, and an experienced guide will cruise you around the Cypress tree-lined shore, past lily pads and lotus flowers, through a "ditch" or canal that was cut through an island, all while sharing the history of the lake and region with you. There are lots of osprey, herons, eagles, and other bird life to view. While earthquakes are generally regarded as catastrophes, the New Madrid quakes of 1811-12 can be credited with the formation of this jewel. Hope you enjoy your cruise. Take lots of pictures.

What a wonderful way to spend the morning. Sit back, relax and let someone else do the driving. Don’t forget the sunscreen. Knowledgeable guides take you around the lake and point out osprey nests, lily pads, duck blinds, bald eagles in flight, egret in trees, deer hiding in the foliage. An enjoyable three hours on the lake.
