This is the largest, by number of vehicles built, in North America, the plant is either 113 or 114 football fields big (we were told both). It is worth the hour that you will spend there. Really interesting plant and super friendly employees. They can build 2500 vehicles a day at full capacity, from a roll of steel to a... More

Me and my family took the. Susan tour and they were very informative and intrigued on the whole process. I am glad that this company does so much for the area.

This is a tour that will give you a better understanding of how Nissan assembles it cars and suv's. There is a video for about 7 minutes or so then a ride in a tram that is driven around the massive plant. It is very interesting and informative a must see. Book in advance there are only so many spots.

The factory is about 30-40 minutes south of Nashville TN, Although it is a free tour you must reserve your family by contacting at 615-459-1400. They have tours on Tuesday and Thursday only at 10am and 1 pm. A tram takes you around the 6 million sq ft factory. They make 6 types of vehicles and are thorough in explaining... More

As a family with two teenagers and since we live in the same vicinity we thought this would be a local and interesting sight to see . After starting off kind of boring well at least to me with a video things got better when you entered the main facility and took the tour which we enjoyed but kids thought... More

It was the 'Luck of the draw', as they say. Our tram was driven by an inexperienced driver, so her prime concern was making sure she stuck to the route and avoid accidents rather than going slower during the more interesting parts. And the trip was scheduled during a production break so you had to imagine what the workers would... More

I am not particularly into cars, but I live in the area and Nissan USA is a large employer, so I thought it would be interesting to schedule a free tour of the plant. Once there, the "hosts" were all friendly....you watch a brief video on Nissan and the manufacturing facility and then get into large open carts with headphones... More

We really looked forward to this tour, booked in advance and were genuinely excited. Everyone was nice, but from start to finish our tour was only 40 minutes which included the video. We felt very rushed and not able to observe all the interesting work going on. We were pushed through from start to finish and shown the door without... More

Everybody knows that Nissan's are dependable and long lasting, same goes for their factory tour. Tours are Tuesdays and Thursdays and you must call ahead to make a reservation however this is definitely something to see and is a no charge attraction. It takes a couple of hours to see what they permit you to see but it's a couple... More
