Hands down one of the scariest things I've ever done, but once you overcome the fact that you are safe and have an excellent group of guides assisting you, you can take in the beautiful views of the rainforest and Arenal lake. I would definitely do this again! What a thrill!

First time ziplining, the tour takes you up in the team to almost 3000ft. Then you zip line 7 different lines varying in length and height and speed. The staff was amazing and super nice. A must do if you are a thrill seeker. Highly recommended

Fun Zip lining experience with friends and family. The views of the canopy and volcano are amazing. The staff with Sky Trek was friendly and fun. The only draw back during our experience was the group size causing lines between the zips. Overall we had a great day and I would suggest it!

We went with 2 seven year olds, a twelve year old, & 2 adults. The total cost was around $360. Arrived about 10 minutes before the tour, and used all of them to gear up (helmets, harnesses, etc). The little ones got extra arm/back support, which was because they already did not have small enough harnessing for them (3 foot 10 inches) and didn’t fit as well so they added bands around the arms to not fall out. Once everybody in the tour had arrived, (around 20 people), the guides introduced themselves and they began the instructions and tour. When we got to the second “real” zipline, our youngest, my sister, got too scared and went with the guide. On the third, we were told that they ( the seven year olds) were too light to go by themselves and they were not able to go with a guide. This was never explained to us and we were told they could go with an adult at the beginning. At this point it was VERY foggy and beginning to rain, and almost impossible to see anything on the line except for the last ~10 seconds to the platform. Both seven year olds decided to walk down along with mom, and me and my dad stayed. The rest of the lines were good, and the bungee jump at the end was very scary but safe. When we got together at the end, we were told the total cost for the pictures was $10 per photo, but they would lower it to $40 for all of them for our family. When asked, they refused to give any sort of refund for the 3 who did about 1/4 of the zip lines. Disappointed. Will not go back.

4 of went on this zip line, 3 as first timers to zip lining and 2 of us senior citizens!!
We all thought it he adventure was totally worth the money. We added a walk through the forest too! Great choice!
First and last zip lines were very short but the five in between were fantastic! A view of on top of the jungle and Lake Arenal too! Superb crew working for them. Fun, knowledgable, and energetic!
There was even a six year old that did the zip lining with a group in front of us! So great to see!
We all felt so safe and absolutely loved the whole thing!!
