It’s kind of small and seems a little understaffed but my 3 and 6 year olds loved it. They have a small toddler area that is supposed to be for 6 and under but since it wasn’t monitored a family with teenagers jumped in it. The kids loved bouncing and also loved watching some older kids do the mini ninja warrior course. You can buy one or two hours. We brought two but the kids were so worn out they asked to leave just a little over an hour. They definitely slept good that night.

My kids (16 and 11) have been to several climbing facilities over the years. TopJump has been a favorite when we visit PF. The climbing wall section is amazing with many different types of walls and objects to climb. It is easy to do alone, so no waiting for an attendant at each wall. They spent almost the entire time in the climbing section and will go back another time before we leave. Very clean facility.

Great place to bring kids and climb. LOTS of variety. It's free flowing for the rock climbing so it is truly all you can climb for an hour. Make sure you get a cupon from the cashier at crave golf first!!

One star is being generous. The employees didn't seem to care about anything. I paid for 4 park hopper passes and almost didn't get to do mini golfing because the lady that checked us in only put one pass on our card, but luckily I printed out the park hopper passes and we were able to play due to that alone. We got cheated out of $3 at a game in the arcade and waited 10 mins for someone to show up and give us a refund we were told we'd get and no one ever came. We waited at the counter to turn in our tickets for about 15 mins before someone came over, and then never rung up the 400 tickets on our game card. The employees didn't seem to want to be there. Some in the climb area were on their phones instead of helping the kids. The employees also seemed annoyed when having to do their job. This was not worth the money spent for my son's birthday experience.

We had a party booked and had been there 45 mins before another party showed up in our space with us. We did not have a host we did not get a knife to even cut the cake. Our food was put in a warmer with the other party and they did not tell us so when we got to get our food it was after the other party had been getting the pizza of ours. We had to wait for more pizza to be made after numerous complaints and not one person checking on us to see if we needed anything. I finally complained to several managers while being told we would not get a discount. The other party was mad and upset to as we were trying serve our pizza ourself while they were trying sing happy birthday from same table. I will never go back to this place.

Took our kids (ages 2, 6 & 8) to play in the arcade area while our friend’s children went to jump for an hour. Lots of trash everywhere in the arcade area. (See pictures.) I had to pick up a lot of it so my 2 year old wouldn’t play with it. Several teenage employees who were more worried about chatting than cleaning up the place. Several machines either weren’t working, screens was black/blank, or machines that were empty. Very easy for children to swipe their money card before realizing they couldn’t play it and lose funds. Upon leaving we went to redeem our tickets and no one came to the counter. After a long wait, I had to go ask a cashier at the entrance to page someone. After another decent wait, someone finally came. Lots of other options in Pigeon Forge. We will not be back.

We had the kids zone for an hour. My 2 ur old granddaughter was the only one in there and one of the young employees came in and started cleaning while she was try to ply. He was throwing the blocks across the room to stack them while she was trying to play on the little slide. He then got out the vacuum and was sweeping in the area we were in. We still had 20 minutes left!

My teens had a GREAT time on the tramps! We only bought an hour ticket and that was enough for us because they were worn out! It was lots of FUN.
I gave 3 stars because while we were checking in a boy about ten years old came down to the check-in with a busted nose. The staff acted quickly and took care of him. The mom was furious( as I would have been) because it was an employee that hit the kid.
Accidents happen for sure. I don’t even have a problem with employees playing dodgeball with the kids. But, when we went to let my daughter play, I knew instantly what had happened to the kid. The employee was still playing and throwing the ball extremely hard at guest. He had a good arm and could throw forcefully. He targeted a bigger guy when we were there and would not let up on him. I was nervous for my kid to play.
Second negative: it’s sure to happen in dodge ball. Someone is sure to get hit in the nose once in awhile. There should be a first aide area right up where the kids are jumping. The kid with bloody nose should not have had to leave the fun area and walk to checkin to get help.

SkylineChurchMouse, we appreciate your feedback! We have been in contact with the mom and son. We pulled all of our video surveillance to ensure that the party at fault be held responsible. It has come to our attention that it was not one of our employees, but instead a random guest that caused the injury to the kid. We do have a first aid station in our offices if accidents happen on the premises. Once again, we value your feedback and assure you that guest safety is our highest priority!

Place looks cool with promises of fun but when almost every employee there doesn't care, it makes it not enjoyable and borderline dangerous. Employees aren't watching jumpers and making sure they follow rules - not jumping/landing right on top of others. Observed an employee eating a snack while running the ninja course. Employee assigned to dodgeball doesn't even supervise game whatsoever. No proper rotation of players in dodgeball and basketball arenas. Employees just don't care and act like the hate their job. Not one offered a smile. Many areas closed. Our kids couldn't get in on dodgeball or basketball games, ninja course, and were cut on front of many times all due to the lack of proper employee supervision.

It’s pretty good for kids and teens. However when we were there they were short staffed and not all the activities were open because there weren’t enough staff to monitor. Paid full price but only had access to trampolines. Unable to do ninja coarse or basketball. Should have gotten a discount

Is it worth my time and $ bringing my 2 year old???
Written August 4, 2020
They do have a small toddler section but there’s only about three things for them to do. Also, some of the older kids manage to make there way over there. I might would consider an alternate activity.
