We did the combination pass and spent a couple of hours or so of the attractions. When we first walked up to Outbreak(blissfully ignorant of the signs instructing us to buy tickets at the Wax Museum); a woman rather gruffly set us straight. I shook it off, and the kids working at the various attractions more than made up for it, with very helpful and pleasant attitude. If you don’t feel like doing Dollywood; or all the Ripleys attractions, this is a nice alternative. They have really solid protocols in place during the pandemic, all of which seemed effective. I think if the workers hadn’t been so helpful and accommodating, it might have become frustrating. But they were also gracious that we were willing to wait. They kept it moving, and the bonus was that our small group was able to enjoy each of the three attractions without a crowd. The wax museum is similar to many others that we’ve been to, but with a couple of pretty cool twists. The mirror maze was extremely well done, and definitely suitable for children. The zombie outbreak was great; The storyline, the set up, the sets, the animatronics, and the actors all extremely effective and fun. I would say pretty comparable to something you might see at Disney or universal. Again, it’s perfect if you don’t feel like slogging through the crowds in the heat at Dollywood. You can do this in a few hours, and then head to the park or somewhere else. For all three attractions, I thought the price was reasonable.

I purchased the all access pass for my family of 3. My teenagers enjoyed all of the attractions. The 4D shooting adventure was neat. I was a little upset that the all access pass did not include both 4D experiences. The mirror palace seemed quite juvenile to us and we almost skipped it, but we ended up really having a crazy fun time inside. The zombie Outbreak attraction was the highlight. I hate anything scary! I don’t watch scary movies nor do I go through haunted houses. However my teens convinced me that I should “live a little” and that they would hang on tight to me the entire time. Not sure how they convinced me, but I got in line. Big mistake! Do not get me wrong, the attraction was amazing: the actors, audio, animatronics, and initial backstory was excellent. However, it is a mistake to have this attraction advertised as suitable for 3 years and up. Although I made it through to the end, it was scary as HELL! I cried and yelled until it was over. I am very healthy, but felt my heart was racing so bad that it took 15 minutes after we were done to get it under control. I would not recommend this attraction to anyone with a heart condition or to anyone with slow or impaired mobility. Small children should never do Outbreak: 1. It’s too scary and 2. The risk of being trampled is high. All in all, it was a very unique experience. Well worth the money. Great time. However, I personally would not do it again..

We bought the combo tickets and went to this with our 4,10,and 14 year old boys. Our 4 year old got overwhelmed before we made it down the first hallway so I exited with him but my husband and two older boys really enjoyed this. Plenty of exits if you need one like we did and overall a good experience. Just a little short at around 10-15 minutes.

We only went to the one outbreak haunt. There was nothing special about this. Most of the way, it was way too light. They had some nice animatronics as zombies, but that got old real quick. Nothing really stood out here. The air cannons were the only things that jumped. We saw 2 live zombies at the very end and they had no makeup on and did not scare very well at all. We will not be back. Please change it into something scary.

We purchased the vip all access for the wax museum and this was included. I really wasn’t expecting much, but the detail they put into this was very impressive! I’m a horror fan so we go to many haunts during Halloween. The story line and animatronics inside was very impressive! The props and rooms flowed great! I really wish there were more than 1 live actor when we went, but he did his best and got me the first few yells! I would’ve gave 5 stars if he did more than just scream at us the whole time and maybe had a bigger role: dialogue: script They could really use at least 3 or 4 live actors and this place would be super! But it was fun and the rooms were great!
