Part of our afternoon on the All-Access pass as part of the Hollywood Wax Museum, Castle of Chaos and Hannah’s House of Mirrors. A great value for all four attractions.
It wasn’t one of our favorites, but others may enjoy. It was a little weird, extremely hot and very dark inside. It was hard to breath in parts especially with the masks on. It really smelled of death. I would not recommend for young children or people who have troubles walking because there are trip hazards.

Hi DH, Thank you visiting. We’re glad you appreciated the value of the All Access Pass and enjoyed your afternoon! We’re sorry that the level of “scary fun” in Outbreak wasn’t for you. We have an excellent safety record and sincerely apologize if you experienced something unusual. We have shared your feedback with the Operations Team as well. Thanks again, and we hope your entire stay in Pigeon Forge was wonderful!

This was a great way for a family to get to do several things all in 1 area and all together or separate either way. The price was reasonable. I also was very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to Covid standards with gloves and all. Glad we took part in this and would highly recommend.

My sister and I decided to do a couples weekend with our husbands. We did the Hollywood Wax Museum all access and had a wonderful time at the museum and the Castle of Chaos also the haunted thing and the mirror maze. When we come with our children we will do it again. Definitely recommend all these places.

This was the scariest haunted attraction I have ever done. When we made it out we were all sweating with our hearts pounding. It was an adrenaline rush. I'd give it a 9/10 scariness rating, with 10 being "I'm starting to have trouble telling the difference between real and fake." I definitely wouldn't take anyone under age 15 in the Zombie Outbreak attraction.

I purchased the all access pass for my family of 3. My teenagers enjoyed all of the attractions.
The 4D shooting adventure was neat. I was a little upset that the all access pass did not include both 4D experiences.
The mirror palace seemed quite juvenile to us and we almost skipped it, but we ended up really having a crazy fun time inside.
The zombie Outbreak attraction was the highlight. I hate anything scary! I don’t watch scary movies nor do I go through haunted houses. However my teens convinced me that I should “live a little” and that they would hang on tight to me the entire time. Not sure how they convinced me, but I got in line.
Big mistake!
Do not get me wrong, the attraction was amazing: the actors, audio, animatronics, and initial backstory was excellent. However, it is a mistake to have this attraction advertised as suitable for 3 years and up.
Although I made it through to the end, it was scary as HELL! I cried and yelled until it was over. I am very healthy, but felt my heart was racing so bad that it took 15 minutes after we were done to get it under control.
I would not recommend this attraction to anyone with a heart condition or to anyone with slow or impaired mobility. Small children should never do Outbreak: 1. It’s too scary and 2. The risk of being trampled is high.
All in all, it was a very unique experience. Well worth the money. Great time. However, I personally would not do it again..

Took my almost 14 yr old daughter thru this because we love The Walking Dead, bad idea, she was soooo scared but I loved it. There are several places where big gush of air is blown at you and it blew her glasses almost off her face. I was dying laughing at her for being so scared but then I felt bad cuz I took her thru it. But over all I would diff go thru again without her and go slower, as my daughter was trying to run thru it.

We came here for this attraction not knowing that there are 4 attractions here. As soon as we entered and approached the ticket counter. Was hit with this overwhelming smell of sour body odor. The girl explained the costs of the attractions and told of the cost for all 4 attractions ($30). BUY ALL 4!! (one cost $15!) While standing there deciding what to do she hollers loudly at some people who walked in past us towards one attraction entrance "do you have tickets?" they say yes. "wait at the yellow line I will be right there" she then tells us she would be right back. The smell finally went away but upon her return to check us out with our purchased we were hit again. and both of us were about nauseous by now. It was coming from HER. Although she appeared clean, she really needed hygiene help.
This was a little cheesy. But for a younger crowd (teens) probably fun scares. You start out in this tiny room and watch a short video. The chick who rang us up is now in this tiny room with us (2) and a family of 9. yelling our instructions at us in a not so pleasant manner. almost angrily as if she was tired of saying this spiel.
The attraction itself was startling in some areas. Nothing was scary. I was forced to go through first. One part was so dark we all held hands to get through. having to fell our way. The smells in there are off putting. that smell of fake blood and fog chemicals. Anyway it was a fun time other than the stinky smells of BO and the attraction.

This has got to be the best haunted house I have ever been in and I love haunted houses as Halloween is my all time favorite holiday. They start you off with a short video. It is supposed to give you a background story about what has happened and why there are zombies etc. You don't even need the video. The haunted house is awesome on its own. It starts out feeling kind of lame. Loud noises, screams etc. Then things gets real! You literally get sprayed in the face with stuff. Air is shot at you from all different levels. It is creepy dark in there. Walls cave in, real people come at you. It is nuts. You don't know when it is just a dummie or if it is a real person. This place is insane. They have put a lot of thought and attention to detail in this attraction and I bet it is the best in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. This is what makes that all access pass worth it. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Just when I start to calm my heart rate another crazy thing jumps out at you or you are getting sprayed with something. I would so highly recommend going here but I don't think it would be a good place for kids. I hope they warn people when they buy tickets because I don't think kids could handle this place. I was going to snap a picture, they tell you no flash photography but I wasn't going to use the flash anyways and as soon as I pulled my camera out these two crazy guys were right behind us and it literally made me run! We got there early so it was just me and my husband in there and I had to hold on to him the whole time! They said there are exits all throughout this place so if you can't tolerate it you can leave and I honestly thought I might have to take an early exit. It is that good! It takes less than a half hour to go through the haunted house and I don't think I could handle anything more than what it was! You won't be disappointed if you like a good scare!

If you are a die hard haunted house aficionado then this is probably not too bad. If, however, you have just gone through the happy cartoon princess mirror maze and the shoot em up robot game and think this is going to be a fun family scare, you are in for a shock. Seriously, make sure you hit the restroom before you go in because you are going to pee all over yourself. It is ridiculously scary. There is only one actor in there with you, but apparently our actor didn't here the part where we were BEGGING him to tell us how to get out early. I finally got right up on him and let him know we weren't kidding about needing to get out. Then he was super helpful and let us right out. Maybe if we weren't such wimps! But it's still worthy of all 5 stars!

Hi Leah, We appreciate your feedback and do have to say it gave us a little chuckle. However, we did want to apologize if you weren’t prepared for Outbreak. The previews and pre-show video are designed to convey that it is scary. We believe it’s a fun kind of scary, but everyone’s tolerance to this genre is different. We’re happy our zombie got the message and helped you escape and we hope you had a really fun time in our other attractions and during your stay in Pigeon Forge.

How long does it take to get through? Our group of 6 may need to split up to avoid taking the 3 yr olds through. Will we have to wait a long time?
Written July 4, 2016
it depends on how fast u want to go thru it. we went thru it fast about 8 mins cuz my daughter was pretty much pushing me thru it but I'd say a good 15 mins. You definitely don't want to take the 3 yr old thru it. haha Have fun.

I think it would be rather difficult. Our group had several small kids and we were in a single file line. There were some narrow turns and props might obstruct the wheelchair turns. I also feel that the speed at which our group was moving may put person in wheelchair and those close by at risk of injury. I would look at facilities policy on wheelchairs and see if it is possible to have a limited number of people in your group to allow more mobility.
