So much fun

So fun and scary. It was great. Especially when he came walking after us. We had so much. Definitely worth it.

Scary fun!
Aug 2021 • Couples
If you like to be scared, you've got to try this. My wife said the best part was watching me jump and creep slowly around corners. No line at all, I guess people don't like zombies.

Our smoky mountain trip

We visited this attraction along with 5 D adventure. Very scary place and lots of Zombies inside. We were surprised when we came yo know some of zombies were actual people. This not good if your kids are scared of zombies or intense sound.

Couples Weekend Fun Much Needed
Feb 2021 • Couples
My sister and I decided to do a couples weekend with our husbands. We did the Hollywood Wax Museum all access and had a wonderful time at the museum and the Castle of Chaos also the haunted thing and the mirror maze. When we come with our children we will do it again. Definitely recommend all these places.

Not very safe, wouldn't advise for most people
Oct 2020
Part of our afternoon on the All-Access pass as part of the Hollywood Wax Museum, Castle of Chaos and Hannah’s House of Mirrors. A great value for all four attractions.
It wasn’t one of our favorites, but others may enjoy. It was a little weird, extremely hot and very dark inside. It was hard to breath in parts especially with the masks on. It really smelled of death. I would not recommend for young children or people who have troubles walking because there are trip hazards.

Hi DH, Thank you visiting. We’re glad you appreciated the value of the All Access Pass and enjoyed your afternoon! We’re sorry that the level of “scary fun” in Outbreak wasn’t for you. We have an excellent safety record and sincerely apologize if you experienced something unusual. We have shared your feedback with the Operations Team as well. Thanks again, and we hope your entire stay in Pigeon Forge was wonderful!

Economical and Fun

This was a great way for a family to get to do several things all in 1 area and all together or separate either way. The price was reasonable. I also was very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to Covid standards with gloves and all. Glad we took part in this and would highly recommend.

Loved it!

We did the combination pass and spent a couple of hours or so of the attractions. When we first walked up to Outbreak(blissfully ignorant of the signs instructing us to buy tickets at the Wax Museum); a woman rather gruffly set us straight. I shook it off, and the kids working at the various attractions more than made up for it, with very helpful and pleasant attitude.

If you don’t feel like doing Dollywood; or all the Ripleys attractions, this is a nice alternative. They have really solid protocols in place during the pandemic, all of which seemed effective.

I think if the workers hadn’t been so helpful and accommodating, it might have become frustrating. But they were also gracious that we were willing to wait. They kept it moving, and the bonus was that our small group was able to enjoy each of the three attractions without a crowd.

The wax museum is similar to many others that we’ve been to, but with a couple of pretty cool twists. The mirror maze was extremely well done, and definitely suitable for children. The zombie outbreak was great; The storyline, the set up, the sets, the animatronics, and the actors all extremely effective and fun. I would say pretty comparable to something you might see at Disney or universal.

Again, it’s perfect if you don’t feel like slogging through the crowds in the heat at Dollywood. You can do this in a few hours, and then head to the park or somewhere else. For all three attractions, I thought the price was reasonable.

Great attraction. Not for pansies...
Jul 2019 • Family
I purchased the all access pass for my family of 3. My teenagers enjoyed all of the attractions.
The 4D shooting adventure was neat. I was a little upset that the all access pass did not include both 4D experiences.
The mirror palace seemed quite juvenile to us and we almost skipped it, but we ended up really having a crazy fun time inside.
The zombie Outbreak attraction was the highlight. I hate anything scary! I don’t watch scary movies nor do I go through haunted houses. However my teens convinced me that I should “live a little” and that they would hang on tight to me the entire time. Not sure how they convinced me, but I got in line.
Big mistake!
Do not get me wrong, the attraction was amazing: the actors, audio, animatronics, and initial backstory was excellent. However, it is a mistake to have this attraction advertised as suitable for 3 years and up.
Although I made it through to the end, it was scary as HELL! I cried and yelled until it was over. I am very healthy, but felt my heart was racing so bad that it took 15 minutes after we were done to get it under control.
I would not recommend this attraction to anyone with a heart condition or to anyone with slow or impaired mobility. Small children should never do Outbreak: 1. It’s too scary and 2. The risk of being trampled is high.
All in all, it was a very unique experience. Well worth the money. Great time. However, I personally would not do it again..

We bought the combo tickets and went to this with our 4,10,and 14 year old boys. Our 4 year old got overwhelmed before we made it down the first hallway so I exited with him but my husband and two older boys really enjoyed this. Plenty of exits if you need one like we did and overall a good experience. Just a little short at around 10-15 minutes.
