Kayleigh was amazing with our younger kids and also patient with our teenage boys. She had amazing attention to detail and every photo was great. They will offer you a package deal, which was exactly what we wanted so that we could have all of the photos taken- we couldn’t have just chosen a few anyway. I was little worried being plus sized and have a baby on the photos but everyone was wonderful and took such amazing pictures. Courtney did amazing behind the camera getting my 10 month old to smile and Cynthia explained the packages throughly when we went over our photo options afterward. It was my wife and I along with our two daughters and our sons-in-law. We were assisted by Bryan and Ashleigh in getting dressed in old western outfits. Kayleigh the photographer knew how to get us posed and was focused on small details to make our pictures great. Bryan reviewed the pictures with us and helped us identify the best ones. He has a lot of knowledge about photo editing. We went today to get an old time family picture taken and we left floored by the incredible kindness of Tony and all of the staff there. They all took their time and did not rush us, asked us for suggestions and what we wanted out of our photos, and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our photography experience there! Plus they don't charge for little extras like fishnet tights and their initial package is the best value around for old time photos in the Pigeon Forge area,as it comes with photos included. We went on Sunday morning. We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly gentlemen who was super helpful. We were shown options that we could select for our shoot. We chose the Saloon. It was great fun getting dressed, with a wide variety of clothing options in a large range of sizes. Our photographer, Ariel, was very cheerful and upbeat. She took excellent photos and was a joy to work with. Afterward, to select our photos, we worked with Daniel, who was very professional and helpful. We couldn't decide between 2 of our photos, so we chose to get both. They have packages or single picture options to fit any budget. Overall, I highly recommend Four Sisters Old Time Photo. We already plan to go back during out next visit to Pigeon Forge so we can get the Gangster/Flapper girl pictures!!!

The staff all have wonderful personalities and really work hard to make you feel comfortable and have a great time! Our photographer Monica was amazing! She got some beautiful photos and never made us feel like we were a burden or being an inconvenience when asking to try different things. She went the extra mile to ensure we were very satisfied. Don’t worry if you’re shy she knew how to pose you to get a great photo. She had a wonderful personality and was very professional. Our viewer Robin was also very nice and professional. She was knowelgable in the viewing and printing process making us feel like our pictures were in good hands. She also worked hard to ensure we were very satisfied. Very happy with everything, would recommend to anyone!

Went in with the highest expectations and left with only disappointment. They were not overly busy so I was patient in waiting after I had my costume fitting (the lady back there was super nice. Only reason for the 2 stars) after 30-40 minutes we were called for photos. I said I only wanted family shots. He pulled us all over, he took maybe 10 shots that were all pretty much the same. Smile. Half smile. Don’t smile. And then was like ok you can take your costumes off. (Everyone else got dozens of photos and multiple backgrounds) we then waited over an hour to look at our 10 photos. We were never called. I finally called it quits and we just left as there were still 2 groups ahead of us and everyone that was called back to look at their photos took about 30 Minutes I wasn’t waiting another hour. My boys weren’t eager to do the shoot as it was and now I’ll never get to have that memory. There was absolutely no reason for any of it to take as long as it did. And no employee apologized or gave an explanation for the excessive wait. I was never rude. I was patient. We left. I cried. We won’t be back.

My brother booked this for our family. I thought it would be cheesy and the pictures would be horrible. I was also skeptical given there was a 12, 14, and 16 year old participating. I was soooo wrong! Wonderful experience for all- even my 80 yo mom and 82yo dad enjoyed the experience. Our photographer Thomas was wonderful! Very funny and pictures were spectacular. The ladies that helped with dressing (Kayla & Kristi) were also great! Even the photo viewer (Brandy) was quick and easy to understand regarding the packages. Would highly recommend this company!

Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. Our photography, Kaighla H was so sweet and made sure to take her time on every pose to make sure our pictures turned out great. The prices were great too! I highly recommend going here. We will definitely be back on our next trip down here.

Terrible decision, and after waiting over an hour and others continued to be called back before we left and didn’t get anything after a remark made “I guess I will take them “ Let me say , 8 ladies on a girls weekend , but at noon , we hadn’t drank or anything just left breakfast, We did take a couple selfies on Snapchat which prob shouldn’t have but it was literally our face , and we were obviously paying for their pictures (85$ just for sitting fee) plus purchasing enough copies for all of us to have one . Rough guess prob 200-300$ . But whatever , mind you we sit there over an hour dressed . Then after the selfie , manger walks over and says no pictures and you (to one of my group friends) need to change we can see ur shorts , that dress is too short and this is a family place , mind you most pictures and dress show a lot and the ideal is dressing like sexy ladies ? lol , so waited I’ve am hit to tell us , no biggie , she changed , and we didn’t take another selfie and continued to wait . Kinda aggravated but was gonna continue to spend a couple hundred dollars with this company . Even after feeling singled out . Wait , wait and wait , I mean they definitely was avoiding us , but anyways then when one member gets finished and goes to counter and talks with another staff member , we hear him say “ I guess I will take them” , really aggravating but still like let’s just do this but then he goes into the me s dressing room for about 5 minutes and at that point we are done . We go change and hang up our stuff neatly and ask to speak with Manger , she then says your member tent I had changed was being argumentative with the dressing room lady , and we are like so an hours later ur addressing this ? If your employee told u this an hour ago why didn’t u address this ? My point , it’ was an excuse and a lie . No one was rude . If it was such an issue with he dress why not speak to her in private instead of in Front of everyone in the studio which was embarrassing and ask , well tell her she needed to change , like an hour ago . And when u finally did she went straight in there and changed , no problem . Very unprofessional. I think you all wanted the money but wanted to make us missable as we had wasted at this point almost 2 hours . And had a pregnant lady with us who was so hot dressed up and in a warm studio waiting so long . I hope your proud of ruining our “ Old Time Pictures “ experience. We weren’t able to fit it back into our schedule so sadly won’t be able to come home with a memory. I won’t go into the rest cause it just wasn’t professional or appropriate. Just wanted to share our experience and hope this forms t happen to another group . My elderly mother wanted some keepsake photo like this . But I hope you all understand kindness goes a long way and there’s better ways to handle thing privately.

We were turned away from 2 other places in town because we asked for our daughters to be able wear modest dresses. The staff at "four sisters" was so wonderful and attentive I cannot put into words. We had 4 young children with us (9 people total) and they were so patient and made the whole process so fun, even for the kids. I can't recommend this place enough and the following staff:

The experience was wonderful as soon as we walked in the door. Very accommodating and professional. Pictures were phenomenal. Kayla was wonderful with my two and four year old. Highly recommend if getting photos with small children.

They sure do! Actually, what they do is have the gals leave their undergarments on and slip on some boxers over them. the "dresses" are actually tied in the back so they fit all shapes and sizes! I was nervous about that myself, but I was able to find one that fit and I felt totally comfortable.

When we went it was one costume after you picked your theme. If you want more than one I’m sure they would allow it you just are gonna end up paying more on top of the other price for more poses. But they are really sweet and may work with you to give you want you want.

The number of people in your photo shoot doesn't affect the cost, you will receive two 8x10 photos of your choice of poses for $25 unless you wish to purchase additional photos. There are several reasonably priced packages to select from if you desire to buy more. Four Sisters Old Time Photo does an exceptional job.

they were very very easy to work with. you can get everything including cd with the copyrights of photos several 8x10 prints frames etc for around $ 300 they have several packages you can choose from but 300 was the highest package. the pictures are worth the price but i was on a budget when we went and they worked with me to get the copy of the cd that fit into the budget i had. would highly recommend them. we want to go back again and do a family session and i am not a person who lies her picture taken but they really put you at ease and make it fun. the price is very reasonable especially if it is group going that can split the cost.
