Very disappointed in Jonathan’s attitude. I asked how he was doing and his answer was “I am here”. He then saw a coupon in my hand and he said that’s no good here that it was only for Gatlinburg. Very sarcastically he said “that if you want to ride here, this is my price” as he slid his arm under the $12 price. We probably would have done it anyway, but the attitude was too much to take and not worthy of my family’s business. This is too bad. This was one of our favorite spots but now we will never come back.

First off, they wouldn’t take their own coupon from The Island website. That should have caused me to turn around given the price disparity. Instead my son and I went in for what should have been an enjoyable 3D ninja adventure, that instead was a mediocre 5min experience filled with uncalibrated guns and a confusing experience with no preparation or explanation to achieve some result that hopefully makes sense to someone.
Overall, a waste of money with terrible customer service.

Don’t do this one alone. Take some friends. But only 11 of your closest friends cause it only seats 12.
We did the Carnival ride. Lots of motion so be prepared for that. There was one part that felt like we were on a roller coaster. The ride doesn’t last very long but it was satisfying.
They show the high scorers.

They have seats out front to try before you go in. Game is fun and is a shooting game. Game lasts about 15 minutes. After the game, they put your picture and score placement on the screen. We really enjoyed the game, even if we came in near the bottom of the pack!

I feel like I just wasted $24. Very short ride and not impressed with the "7D". Employee wasn't very friendly or welcoming to us and was even on his cell phone when the ride was over. I will definitely visit The Island again but I will skip this attraction. The price they charge is not worth the experience of the ride.

Thanks JDS for the honest feedback and I do apologize we did not meet your expectations. Being a new business, we are overcoming obstacles along the way and we are improving on a daily basis. I do hope you will give us another try in the future and would hope we can make it right. Also if price was a factor, we do offer matinee shows from 10am-12pm daily at $7.99/person regardless of age; also all returning customers on the same day can do another movie(s) at $7.99/person. My husband and I rode this ride together. We did the zombie one. The graphics are great and the movements of the seat really do go with the video. I have no complaints on the ride or the people working. They were all great! It's is a little pricey for the length of the ride though.

The only reason we did this ride it because I had purchased a Groupon for this ride-4 people for $23. If we had gone without the discount, it would have cost $50! Not worth that price for a 5-7 minute ride. You sit in a seat and the seat moves and you shoot stuff on the sreen with your gun and it keeps score. There is a similar ride in downtown Gatlinburg (Shoot Em Up Cinema) that was running a special for $5 per person. I would do that one and save some money! The staff was very friendly though.

Thanks for the honest feedback. The one in Gatlinburg is just a 5-D and we also run Matinee prices till 2pm daily it's $7.99 for one movie or $10.99 for both movies. We also have excellent coupons in the coupon books around town. We are glad you guys enjoyed it and hope to see you guys again.

My teens did all 3 rides/adventures. Caleb was super with them, it was 1st time. They loved it. They loved the zombie one. It took about 20 mins to do all 3. Keep in mind that at 1 point, they were the only 2 there, and then more came in after.

This was truly worth the money, although, the pricing wasn't bad at all to begin with! :) We were with a church group, and had 12 people, so we got a reduced price. We split up and did different shows, so we got to watch each other's reactions on the screen in the lobby (which was a lot of fun in itself!!!) The zombie movie was amazing. It really felt like you were falling at one point, and my step mother-in-law screamed for her life. I found myself really jumping because it looked so real. The two men working that night were very friendly and comical. We enjoyed it a lot, and I will definitely be visiting again when we go back! Two thumbs way up! :)

The Live View and Hall of Fame screens are very valuable assets we have to make the ride so much better as your group witnessed first hand. The whole episode only last approximately 5 minutes. I am not sure what makes 7D. There was nothing additional to this attraction than any other 5D I have been in. The movement of the seats along with the video was fun but I would not want to go to back. No one in our party felt it was worth a return visit, especially for the price.

I do apologize we did not meet your expectations. 7-D is Experiencing the thrill of a roller coaster and the excitement of an interactive shooting game, all without leaving the seat of your chair. 7-D is a state of the art digital theater with surround sound, 3-D effects and newest technology out there. 7-D Dimensions: 3-D Glasses, sound, wind, motion, and interactivity of the gun. Being a new business, we are learning things daily and how we can improve them.Also if price was a factor, we do offer matinee shows from 10am-12pm daily at $7.99/person regardless of age; also all returning customers on the same day can do another movie(s) at $7.99/person. We offer different types of movies and time does vary on all of them. You will be issued special 3-D glasses fpr the show which allow you to view the images at which you will be shooting to appear as 3-dimensional characters as well as the surrounding scenery. The seats in which you are sitting and strapped into move in various directions, shake, and vibrate. In addition, they have fans which blow air and water nozzles which can spritz and blow on you you at coinciding moments during the action scenes. All of this combines to give you an experience that is almost like really being there...only without the real danger. The show really does appeal to all of your senses.....well, except smell.

Height requirement is 3ft 4in. Maximum weight is 350 lbs. seat belts used with the seats. Hope this helps everyone

Height restriction, yes. I'm not sure about age restrictions, but I do know that the rides I went on may be a little too scary for younger children. Maybe ages 9+ would be best suited for the majority of rides.
This was the best, I really enjoyed the twisting and turning of the game it brought tears to my little big eyes

What is the cost and how long is the adventure?

They have a matinee daily until 2:00 p.m. and it is $7.99 for all ages. I don't know if they accept a coupon, found in many of the area coupon books, for the matinee. If not it is $10.99 for adults per ride (there are now 3) and you can use a coupon for the individual rides. I believe they also offer a re-ride at a reduced rate, but not sure if they still offer this. We went on the ride when it was first promoted so don't know if they still offer this. If you ask them, they might give you a deal. We love this ride so much we always do the "triple play", as all three rides are fun. Each ride lasts a little less than 10 minutes.
