We typically stop here each visit to see if there is anything that catches our eye. I love the bowl with handle for gumbo and any other soup. Last year we bought a bacon cooker, that is the best way to cook bacon it comes out perfect every time. A plus to that is you can collect the bacon grease for cooking as well. We will continue stop by this great place with great artists. Can’t wait till the demonstrations are back 5 year old definitely missed that.

Wide selection of mugs and cups. So many, that it was hard to make a choice. THe place was busy, but the clerks were everywhere answering questions and helping out wherever they were needed. Some pieces I had never seen anywhere else, so if you are looking for something unique, this is the place to go.

For the serious Pottery Artist. Bowls, Mugs, Pitchers, Candles... At a price you can’t afford unless you’re really into Pottery. I’ll save my money for the Thomas Kincaid Gallery

We really enjoyed visiting this store/studio/factory where you can see folks actually making the pottery they sell. Amazing. The fella demonstrating his artistry was very friendly and informative about how their potter is made. We also watched through a window the folks who were actually making the various bowels, pitchers and vases. Highly skilled. Very Interesting. the final products are beautiful.

"Always a must see when in Pigeon Forge!"
Our daughter was with us on this trip and we had to show her the beautiful pottery and we were lucky enough to see a full demonstration taking place while we were there...amazing indeed!
A great place to purchase any pottery gift items and in any color that you are looking for.
We had another outstanding visit to the pigeon River Pottery!

I always stop by when I visit the area. Make sure to check out the candles in pottery cups near the bath section.

They have nice pottery pieces and cure little characters, animals, angels and seasonal figures that are all hand shaped. I always pick up a few.

Sometimes, there are in store demonstrations.

This place was really cute. The kids enjoyed watching the pottery making while my husband and I shopped. There were so many things. The style was really cute and made great souvenirs. The prices are a little high but was worth it to us to take home a piece.

Great ceramics and beautiful art pieces. I left with a few pieces and had to cut myself off from buying more. The staff were very friendly and packed up my purchases for travel across country. While located in one of the most touristy regions in the United States, Pigeon River Pottery is a respite for those seeking to enjoy Appalachian pottery craft at its finest.

This is a must stop place for my mom and I wen we are in the area to pick up some pottery pieces. They have a really good selection and love shopping there when we are here, and find something / see something new when we do go. The last couple of times when we were in town we didn't see the pottery demo, but it was neat to watch this time around.

Beautiful pottery. You can watch a pottery throwing demonstration. So much choice. Something for everyone. I bought several lovely pieces, one for myself and the others for Christmas gifts. Well worth the stop.
