If going mid week you should be great, crowds are only bad in weekends. Even on the busy weekends crowds are not bad, invest in a timesaver pass and wear sandals/water shoes whenever possible. The pavement tends to get hot... More

Yes but if it appears to be a hard rain they will close it until it passes. A steady shower that is not hard is OK to stay on and enjoy.
