We have a 7 and a 3 year old and bought this as an all access pass. For real, we did question if taking the 3 year old into the Outbreak was a good idea. However, we knew in advance what we were going into and briefed her a lot that the zombies weren't real, that being scared is fun sometimes, and daddy would protect her. The actors seemed to back off a little bit and didn't jump out for her like they did my 7 year old. Lol. My 7 year old was scared and I had to drag him through the whole thing. Hahahaha. My three year old did get scared but said it was okay because they were fake and being scared is fun. So ... gauge your kids before you go to that... some kids can take it and others can't. It is extremely similar to a haunted house. The maze of mirrors was cool. I got the hang of it quickly and found my way out fast. The 4D ride was cool too... wouldn't be worth the cost as a solo adventure.

Definitely was a fun part of a great afternoon on the All-Access pass as part of the Hollywood Wax Museum, Outbreak and Hannah’s House of Mirrors. A great value for all four attractions. This 5D attraction is a lot of fun while you are shooting at the targets while your seats moves and shakes as you compete against everyone else in the room. We chose the carnival and we had to "shoot" at the creepy clowns coming at us. It was a scream! Even us non-video game players had a blast. Seats were cleaned and sanitized after each group and groups were distanced from each other. You were also given disposable food prep gloves for the controls for safety. We should have done this one again!

My friend and I purchased the VIP pass which gave us the Wax Museum and the Castle of Chaos. Absolutely worth the purchase! With the choice between two arcade rides (we chose Carnival), the zombie walkthrough and the hall of mirrors, the fun was so varied. The zombie run was just scary enough and the hall of mirrors was a nice final touch on our way out. My favorite part is the photos you get at the end. They were the icing on the cake. The entire castle is traversed in about an hour, which makes for an easy midday visit. Make time for the visit. It’s worth it for the entire family.

Never was informed what the Zombie thing was like and took 2 small children in and they were traumatized. You would think they would at least mention that this really isn't for small children, nope not a word they lead us in and everything was dark and loud and jumping out at you, made it to the first exit and made my escape with my 1 year old granddaughter who was shacking and crying so uncontrollably. They told us at the beginning if you could not make it go to the nearest exit and it will bring you to the beginning again. So I did, guess what more zombies finally someone in the cast came out and told me to go straight though this back door, it was an emergency exit to the back of building, that's not what the lady said in the beginning, so now I'm standing out there with my 1 year old granddaughter not knowing where to go or what to do, I go back in to a room with a zombie that's when my sister came running out with my 5 year old granddaughter, so we exited and walked around to the front of the building and waited for the rest to come out, trying to calm both girls down. My husband is is 57 years old came out and said never again would he do that, it was the worst experience ever.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for visiting our Outbreak attraction and for your feedback. It’s definitely difficult to please all tastes with this genre. Our lobby and pre-attraction videos give our guests a glimpse into what they will be experiencing. This is done to help each person determine if the attraction is something they would enjoy. Happily, most of our guests do find Outbreak to be the right level of scary fun, but we regret this wasn’t the case for you. We hope your overall visit to Pigeon Forge was great!

We are two adults in our 40's and visited this attraction on a holiday weekend. Although the traffic was bumper to bumper on the Parkway, this place was pretty calm. The employees were super friendly and we didn't have to wait over 5 minutes to do anything that we wanted to do. We rode both of the 5D rides and did the zombie outbreak thing. I would recommend the Zombie walk through for anyone who loves haunted houses but doesn't like the whole being chased with chainsaws thing. Perfect for kids and old folks like me.
