- Clara W22 contributionsGreat family timeMy daughter wanted to check out the museum. We had a blast in the horror section. We “met” Jason, Michael, Ghost Face, Leather Face, Dracula, Frankenstein’s monster, Billy, Chucky with Tiffany, and most importantly Patrick Bateman. Would recommend as something different to do when in the area.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 17, 2023
- Arni Care8 contributionsSomething for everyoneHad a great time with a friend and my husband there was some thing there for all of us to enjoy really good photo ups. You get the privacy that you want to be able to take as many photos as you want. There is no time constraint it was a really cool experience.Visited December 2023Traveled with friendsWritten January 31, 2024
- Sara M18 contributionsAwesomeThis was so much fun for my family! My husband really got into it and my kids as well. We enjoyed the mirror maze and the virtual circus game. The zombie exhibit was a bit scary. We will definitely be back! Everything was so clean and the staff was so nice! Good prices for souvenirs!Visited March 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 3, 2024
- Excursion160377507961 contributionGood for our agesNeither one of us had been before. I’m still middle aged but my partner is older and we both knew all the figures in there. There are a couple of younger pop music stars that were recognized for a name and not a face but just because we listen to music not watch it. Otherwise there was some real life looking ones and some that you can tell are wax- all done up very well, depending on the age that the person was/ depicted to being. Took lots of pictures and had fun- great experience especially on a rainy day to kill 1-2 hours.Visited April 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten April 23, 2024
- LizJim Thorpe, Pennsylvania41 contributionsUnique experienceIt's been years since I have gone to a wax museum. This one was very enjoyable and there was so much to see. I particularly liked that we could put on props and take pictures of each other with the various wax figures. We spend at least two hours there, and I would recommend it to other adults who are visiting the area and have a day where there is a bit of inclement weather. And I love the pictures with King Kong. I bought all three and also was able to download the photos to my phone. My family got a real kick out of those pictures!Visited May 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten May 5, 2024
- Stormie JPanama City, Florida4 contributionsGreat time! So much fun! So many laughs!I wish it was bigger! My favorite area was the horror room! Also, the props for pictures was awesome! It was clean, everyone was so nice and polite! We did the castle behind it that’s part of the museum. The haunted zombie lab facility was cool. The 3D movie shooting was awesome! Mirror maze is always a great laugh! 10/10 I will definitely be back again!Visited April 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten May 8, 2024
- CluxroyPlevin1Deerfield Beach, Florida27 contributionsRecommended for those who love wax museums. I like the building Exterior. The outside of the building was the best part. It took about an hour to go through the museum. Most but not all of the wax figures looked like the person that they were supposed to be. My daughter thought it was better than I did so I would recommend it for those that like wax museums. I did not find it engaging. Tickets were a little pricy.Visited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten May 11, 2024
- Jamie BrownCastalia, Ohio13 contributionsCould use some updates 😊My husband and I had a good time, but I think there are some updates that need to be done. The wax figures need to be touched up a bit. There were scratches and imperfections on some of the figures. New celebrities should be added: The Golden Girls, Friends, Frasier, Seinfeld, etc. Several celebrities had 2 figures.Visited May 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten May 21, 2024
- FarAway7803732 contributionsVery life like!Had an excellent time at the museum! Props were available for pictures, very clean atmosphere, and music playing for each entertainer, based upon what they are famous for. Staff was very attentive, answered questions without hesitation, and smiled the entire time!Visited June 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten June 5, 2024
- Michelle BCanaan, Connecticut13 contributionsWax Museum, Pigeon Forge TNThis wasn't worth the money in my opinion. There was some cool stuff and it's nice that they offer props for the photos. Overall it wasn't that big and there isn't a ton of variety. My 6 yr old daughter was bored and wanted to leave after 5 minutes. We went through the entire thing in 1 hr. Might have been better if there was something for kids.Visited June 2024Traveled with familyWritten July 1, 2024

During our stay in Pigeon Forge, we visited this place. Nice place to hang out for 2-3 hours. It was walking distance from our hotel and free parking. You can buy one to ket for all 4 attractions. Foods and drinks were not allowed inside even with small kids, you have to throw the water bottle before going inside.

We visited the museum and paid the little extra charge for the mirror maze, haunted house, and shooting game. We loved all of it and had a great time. The museum was crowded but the employees did a wonderful job moving the crowd. If you have children I highly recommend the mirror maze.

Gave this 4 stars on the value of the combo ticket with the castle next door. It was about $45 and included the haunted house, mirror maze, and a 3D motion dark ride along with the wax museum.
The Wax Museum itself is not a great value but we enjoyed it for 30 minutes or so. It’s really just a cute way to get selfies with some life size models of some of your favorite stars. They allow you to get very close and use props in your photos.
This is more of a fun add-on to your day in the Smokies and probably not the highlight of your day.

This place is amazing! Two floors of exceptional wax figures. Although you can't touch them, they are not roped off and many come with props (hats, canes, capes, glasses) and you can pose for photos next to them. Amazing background art for each figure. So much fun! I recommend getting the All Access Pass which allows you to go to the castle right behind the museum for a zombie haunted house, a mirror maze and a 5D shoot-em-up interactive game which is a blast. The staff is a lot of fun too and really enhances your visit. We had an amazing time! This is a must see in the Pigeon Forge area.

At first I thought the wax museum was a little expensive but then I found out you can add three other nearby attractions for an additional $10, which made the price alot more reasonable. The wax museum was ok in that some of the displays really resembled the people or creatures they were supposed to but others missed the mark by a mile. I liked that some of the displays had props that you could use to take pictures with the mannequins. I would go again but only if they had the same deal with the other nearby activities.

This was our first time here and we always check out wax museums...this was my favorite so far. The atmosphere was great and the characters really do look like the real celebrities. If you are passing by I would recommend stopping...we loved it and our kids ages range from 4-13 and they all loved it (4kids)

My wife loves was museums and so I get dragged to them so she can enjoy them. I loved this one. The people they had made it interested. We have lots of great photos. Example: We love Melissa McCarthy and she has her arms up in the air like a Y. My wife stood next to her and made the same pose. The picture came out so realistic that we put it in a frame. We also loved the hall containing people in very scary movies.
This place was as safe as a place could be during the COVID pandemic.....temperature taken, sanitizer used, mandatory mask including covering the nose, a timer separating guests entering the exhibits and staff making sure guests are staying safe.

We had three children (9-11 yo boys) with us and didn't think they would be very excited about the wax museum. Boy, were we wrong! They had a ball and wanted to take pictures with every statue. Most of the statues were of modern actors and actresses, so they knew each one and were excited to see them. They look very real and some of them you even expect to move at any second and scare you to death. We did the all access pass and went to the three other adventures in the castle behind the wax museum as well. Those were LOTS of fun. They loved the laser shooting game the most, but enjoyed all three immensely. We go to Gatlinburg a lot, but this was our first time at these attractions. We will be back! I highly recommend it for families. It took about two hours to go through all of the attractions and it was definitely worth the money!

This was something my family & I did on a whim and it was almost a complete waste of money. The wax figures don’t resemble their intended celebs and it was extremely short compared to other attractions. The experience did not justify the price. I gave 2/5 stars simply because my family and I could not stop laughing at how strange and bad it was, so we did have fun in that respect!

We enjoyed our visit, some of the figures look really cool, others we needed to read the label. You can take selfies with those you like, took about 20 minutes to go through. I would suggest they lower prices or offer discounts,

Is the Castle of Chaos attraction at the Hollywood Wax Museum wheelchair accessible, too?
Written February 27, 2024
Do you have wheel chairs for handicapped or benches to sit on thru the tour
Written July 22, 2023
Wheelchair accessible, also an elevator. There were few benches throughout the experience in addition to some of the props that had benches present. Very easy to maneuver through with wheelchair and very smooth floors.

would children enjoy it? g-babies are 1 & 4

Probably not, you have to be old enough to appreciate who the actors are but all of our age group loved it and we ranged from 16 to 67.
