The staff was awesome. It is dark when you first go in and our youngest wasn't a fan of that. The guide was excellent and filled her in when something was about to happen. After that she was helping solve the puzzles! Price point is great for this compared on other things like this. Luckily we made it out alive from the tomb so I could write this review!

We took our kids ages 1,5,8, and 15. Stroller friendly. Everyone had fun. The little ones were a bit scared of the first portion where it gets dark but were fine quickly. Definitely a bit harder puzzles than I originally thought it would be, but that made it more enjoyable. Our guide was fun and very into her role. Great way to spend a little time out of the heat.

My girlfriend and I just happen to stop by and see the place and boy are we glad we did. Awesome adventure full of dark corridors, secret buttons, and floating mummies! I will stop there before I give away too much info. GReat for a family, we had a couple go thru with us that had a child less than a year old and seemed to have a great time. This attraction isn't one where you sit back and watch the show yuo are hunting, solving, jumping, and touching. Most exhibits and attractions condone touching but the encourage you to touch your surroundings here. GO SEE IT!!!

It would have been better if you could just go with the group you came with. Being with other people you do not know is very uncomfortable. It would have been nice if they had original artifacts. It was not worth the money at all. Very unsatisfied.

There was 17 people in the group we went in with, my husband and myself and our two kids. The rest of the group was all one family. The other family had already gone thru the event at another time because they knew the puzzle. Before the guide would tell us what to do, that group was already doing it. The guide tried to include us, but the other group of 13 just steamrolled over us. we even were told twice by an adult In the other group "we got this" and he purposely blocked my kid from even attempting a puzzle. They never should have sent 2 kids in with a group that had 8-9 kids in the same family group. This was the worse event I have ever been on and I was vey dissatisfied with my experience and what an incredible waste of $50 plus bucks. Terrible.

First, I read the reviews online and was excited to go. We were very disappointed. My family of 6 were the only people in the group. We had discount coupons and still paid over $70 for this. They told us it took 45-60 minutes but from the time we went in till we left it was 35 minutes and we didn't rush or get the tasks done fast. Our guide was HORRIBLE. I think she really ruined the experience for us. First she talked to us like we were preschoolers and then she pretty much told us where everything was and what to do. My younger kids ages 7 and 9 thought it was cool but even the 7 year old said "I expected more than that". I just can't believe it has this many stars and people love this and go back. Once you go, I don't see the point of going back because you know where everything is and what to do. There are just three rooms once you get inside the door and it's over quickly. We have done Magiquest a few times now and really love it so much more. My kids spend 2 hours at Magiquest for almost the same price and could stay there another 2 hours easily if we let them. This was just not what we were expecting at all. It claims to have high quality special effects but really, most were lame. I think it if were half the price, I would rate it higher but for this much money I expect so much more!

We were sent in with a family of 7. It was pricey for us to not get a chance to even participate. The guides were good at acting with the story, but the large family with 4 boys and 2 over zealous dads took completely over. One boy went as far as taking the mirror out of my daughter's hand when she finally got a chance to participate. When I brought it to the guides attention, that they should have smaller groups so that people can enjoy the experience, they stated that it can actually fit up to 15 people. I would not recommend wasting your money on this.

First off, they had no bathroom, which i never heard of for a tourist attraction. It looks much bigger on the website. It only consisted of 3 rooms. We asked if we could do it with just our small group , but they said no and added us in with others. Being with others made it very uncomfortable. The other group were trying to do everything which made it hard for us to participate. A lot of it depended upon your tour guide, ours was a young boy who wasnt good at his job. It was a big waste of time and money! We will not be back!

While this is a pretty unique attraction, it is nowhere near what I thought it should be for $55 for my family of 4. Set design was cute but nothing spectacular. My biggest irritation was that our guide kept telling us the answers to the puzzles in order to rush our group through the attraction. Would have been nice to actually solve it ourselves. Upon exiting into the lobby an employee verbally berated me for not covering my mouth properly while coughing. Let me note here that I DID cover my mouth, but he was adamant that I did not do it properly and therefore spread germs ALL over HIS lobby. He continued his rant very loudly for about 3 minutes before I donating said that he was offending me. I told him I'm sure his manager wouldn't appreciate him talking to the patrons and that his attitude was bad for business. His Snide comeback was "No, its not...I've already got your money". I was totally embarassed and angered to be treated this way as a paying customer. I don't recommend the attraction....you're not missing anything but rude employees.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed an attraction. This was so disappointing that I had to immediately review it to try to save people the terrible feeling of being taken advantage of.
I didn't expect that this attraction would be very good. Son wanted to try it out so we did. I feel like we got totally ripped-off. Too many people in the group, which made it hard to participate in solving the "puzzles". Puzzles were extremely easy and the guide pretty much told you what to do. From the time we "entered the tomb to the end only 25-30 minutes had passed.
I am amazed that there could be so many positive reviews for this. We have visited many theme parks and attractions across the country and I have to say this was the worse thing we have ever done. I tried to keep an open mind and hoped it would get better, but it was just cheesy. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these reviews came from employees/owners. Either that or people that think this was great have very low expectations or are easily amused.
I had to review this as soon as we got back to our cabin because I was so mad that I spent that much on the attraction and it was so bad. There are some fun attractions in Pigeon Forge that aren't a bad value. but this is not one of them.

Is it still open right now despite Covid? I don't see anything about Covid on their website, but it also says there are no dates available to pick for tickets.

We have an infant in our group. Can we bring her? We have a carrier to carry her on our chest or back.

You are in two enclosed rooms, but they are large enough for 10-15 people. Please be aware that the lights do go out, so the rooms will be dark. We hope this helps and that your whole group is able to stop in for adventure!

Someone from the company said there is an online deal for $2 off- I went to the site, went to book it and it still came up $13.99 plus taxes/fees- nowhere on there does it say any type of discount- am I missing something?

Take yourcoupon to the ticket window when you're ready. If you have a big group or want to go alone and not with another party you may have to wait for the next tour.
