    The wedding day we wanted
    Made our wedding day what we wanted it to be - a simple and intimate time as we started our lives together. Working with Pastor Dale was an easy process, was open to including small things that we wanted. We took pictures immediately after and had them that day!

    Our Awesome Wedding in the Smokey Mountains
    We loved the chapel in the Smokey Mountains. It was so special for us; Pastor Dale was very attuned to our needs and fulfilled those needs. His prayer blessing our marriage was just spot on and just melted our hearts. Also allowing us to tell our spouse what this special day meant to each other. The day started out raining, but when Pastor Dale arrived the rain stopped, and the sun came out making our day even more special. The pictures that Pastor Dale took caught our loving feelings for one another. I would highly recommend Pastor Dale and his beautiful chapel. Note... our wedding took place on 6 Oct 2014...

    Sweetest Ceremony
    This chapel is perfect for an intimate ceremony. Pastor Dale worked with me and made sure that everything was taken care of. Ceremony was 5 minutes long, just perfect. We are so happy with our experience . If you are thinking about this for your wedding, GO FOR IT!

Don’t go here to have your special day. We was very rushed threw was told we was going to have a candle light wedding even the packages we purchased said candle lighting ceremonie I got there asked about the extra song we requested the plaster had no idea there was supposed to been a extra sound but we paid the extra 20 to have it played they only played about 10 seconds of the song and changed it to rush the wedding because they was running out of time then we done our photos quickly agian rushed was expecting print off of photo as says online it’s emailed not speaking of I called a month later asking about my photos the guy stated he was working on them as we spoke I should get them in the next couple days at the latest I then called back a week later asking how my photos was coming thinking maybe there was a typo in my email or something. Then the same guy stayed they had lost mine and 12 other brides photos that it could of been an issue with the saving process they only then offered to redo my photos like you only have one wedding you can’t just redo those so then he was going to refund my money for the photos I had no option but be ok with that because my photos was lost then I called asking if they sent the check in the mail it’s been over a week since they should of sent it out so now they sent the check to the wrong zip code but now all of a sudden they found my photos now over two months after my wedding I finally get emailed my photos there is still a check out there somewhere supposed to of came but they said they don’t know if it will come so my guess is it never got sent out and no one ever called when they lost my photos or when they found them I don’t wish this on anyone in my life this place needs to be shut down it’s a job and clearly they lie a lot.

9 weeks...still no pictures

I was married on Nov. 11th 2021. The pastor was very nice and cute little chapel. However,we were told 3 to 5 weeks for picture(only 6 total). About a month, I emailed and asked status, was told 6 to 8 weeks and they are working on them. I wait a few weeks and still nothing. At about 7 and a half weeks I leave a 2 star review. Of course then I get an email back saying its not 8 weeks yet. So here we are,past the 9 week mark and no responses from emails and no pictures. We didn't take any ourselves unfortunately. Very poor customer service skills to whoever us in charge.

Wonderful Vow Renewal

I chose the Wedding Bell Chapel to surprise my wife, by renewing our wedding vows. (25th anniversary) Pastor Stacy was ver pleasant and accommodating. He allowed us to put our own personal touches to it, and did not rush us out the door. I would highly recommend the Wedding Bell Chapel for your ceremony or vow renewal. It is a very nice little chapel and the service you receive from Pastor Stacy, is nothing short of excellent. If you don’t believe me, just “ask Siri”.

Pastor Billy was on point front the moment that I booked over the phone with him. He was pleasant and funny. The day of my wedding 10.31.20 I was literally 2 minutes before my start time. He was very patient and kind. He sent me to the brides room and discussed everything and how we would proceed. Veryyy friendly and welcoming. My wedding was beautiful! I felt at ease and comfortable. So did my groom.
We took lots of pictures. This chapel is gorge!! And so simple and nice! I’m soo glad that we picked this chapel!

This was a wonderful place to get married. Super clean, excellent pastor over the service. Felt like we had found home when we got there. Loved it from the beginning to the end. Thank you for the best wedding day a girl could ask for! -John and Alex

Highly recommend!!! Pastor Billy was AWESOME. Very caring. Made me feel like I was the only bride in the world. He gave excellent clear instructions. And my fresh flower bouquet was perfect. The grounds, facility/chapel is breathtaking. Very clean and well kept. Nicely decorated. It's a lil scary you don't know what to expect. Things like, will I know when to walk down the aisle etc goes through your mind, but rest assured they are true professionals and they know how to make the day PERFECT!!

Absolutely fantastic place to get married extremely nice and came through with all that was promised. My now husband and I was extremely pleased flowers were fresh and the sad part my now husband and I literally ate the whole cake the cake was delicious! We eloped and we felt our wedding was special. Thanks for a perfect day.

Wow!! If you want a simple, yet beautiful wedding look no further. From securing the date to arranging the florist. We could have not been more pleased. Pastor Workman again I thank you for the wonderful service you blessed us with. These are memories our daughter and the rest of family will cherish for years to come.
