LazerPort Fun Center has the newest and tallest "roller coaster style" go-kart track in Tennessee, the largest and most exciting laser tag arena, and an 18-hole indoor blacklight mini golf course. He was very nice an walked us through of what they had and how everything worked. Lazer tag was really fun, whole upstairs. Go carts was really fun as well. - Jade N1 contributionHarmon in Pigeon Forge is THE BEST!On my first trip to Pigeon Forge, our first stop was to Lazer Port. At the onset, Harmon was informative and very attentive! We loaded our game cards and had a blast! We played lazer tag, mini golf, and rode go-carts as well. We didn't use all of the money on our arcade cards or use all of our tags for the features in one visit. So, we had DAYS of fun, and Harmon was the same wonderful host from start to finish! The only reason I gave four stars is because the arcade games could've been better. It was hard to accumulate tickets, and the prizes left much to be desired.Thank you for taking the time to review us, Jaden! The mini golf course was the coolest indoor one I have ever seen and the lazer tag arena was MASSIVE we will definately be back and spend a whole day.Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. Sucks when you want to reload your card you have to wait in line behind 10 kids picking out prizes to get a worker to do it for you instead of having a few kiosk like most other up to date arcades. Seems like the machines are slow when it comes to reading cards and very finicky. We ended up spending over $200 at the one down and across the road instead of dealing with the issues that were sucking the fun out of playing. Shouldn't have to be aggravated to spend my money!.

This arcade was awful. To start, they failed to load the cards correctly when the first part of our party put their purchase on two separate cards. They only loaded one card. Second, several games were not working or did not give out the tickets that were won. Finally it took them 10 minutes to come to the ticket counter so that we could redeem our tickets for prizes. Then again, they wanted so many tickets for the prizes that the price we paid to play was no where near what the value of what we got.

We spent a few hours here over the New Year weekend. It could have been better. In the arcade- very poor signage. Restrooms were trashed the entire time we were there. Lazer Tag was great!! I was surprised to see a carpetted arcade, since carpet would be difficult to keep clean. It was old and dirty. Little to no COVID measures, which is fine with me. Let's all move on. Go Karts track was OK. The roller coaster style track was not as fun for us as are the more flat tracks. The continous uphill spiralling climb makes it impossible to "race" . But it was idfferent and good. The night we visited, they had 4 two seater and 12 one seaters. Since it's mostly families, having only 4 two seaters makes for a very long wait. 80 miniutes of us. There are so many arcade, cart tracks to choose from, I doubt that I'll ever go back to this one.

Management is absolutely awful. Nonexistent really.
We were sold "park hopper" passes included in a bundle with the Xtreme racetrack. The Xtreme racetrack was great, but that is where the fun ended.
The park hopper pass is supposed to include 3 locations. The Xtreme racetrack, the LazerPort location, and a 3rd location that does not exist anymore. You get 5 passes per wristband you can use at 2 locations.
It rained, so the gocarts were all closed. The only thing you could use your passes for at this point was an indoor putt putt course and laser tag located at LazerPort.
The place was absolutely slammed because of the rain, and they didn't have even close to enough staff to manage it. We waited in line to get into the putt putt course and were told we would have to wait 20-30 minutes to get in because it was full, they would let us know when we can get in. We were happy to wait, so we sat at the bar area in view of the counter and the entrance to the putt putt area.
We then watched as the lady sent 7 groups in to play as we waited. We checked with the staff multiple times throughout this process letting them know that they were skipping us and they proceeded to keep putting people in before us. After waiting for ~half an hour and watching these people be sent in before us I asked the guy who I needed to talk to about the issue.
I am never a complainer, but at this point I just felt totally disrespected. The guy went to the man working the front counter who I assume is the manager and he came back to us and said "you can wait to talk to the manager, but he said he won't give you any refunds so it's probably a waste of your time".
They don't have enough people working to manage this place and when you have any kind of issue at all they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I submitted a "contact us" form for them to contact me about this to give them a chance to address the issue but they ignored me. So I just filed a chargeback on my credit card.
They are obviously not concerned with offering any kind of customer service. They are raking in the money from tourists coming and going and that's all they care about.

My group blew over $120 on passes, being told that we had several attractions to choose from. We weren’t told that our options were severely limited due to the rain, and when they were called out for that, they told us to go to their other locations, saying that those locations had more indoor attractions, like go-karting, and that our wristbands would be honored. We went to both, and not only were neither of their locations indoors, but they were both closed. They gave us false information just to get rid of us.
I definitely do not recommend this place.

I had a great time going to Lazerport and playing lazer tag. I was top scorer in our match. However, when we got back to the arcade area there were no T-shirts or comemritive plaques available for purchase, which seemed like a real lost opportunity. Then my wife informed me that her gun and vest did not activate until the match was almost over. This ruined any chance I had to hold my awesome Lazer tag score over her for the rest of the day and it put her in such a bad mood she didn't even want to watch me play the Transformers game in the arcade.
Scott Beck was a great host and even helped us find our missing autistic son (6), who I was supposed to be keeping an eye on and was keeping in a living bait/human shield role until the match was over and I was distracted getting high fives and accolades from all of the other players for my sweet score.
Our daughter (8) said she had a good time, but didn't understand the game very well until the match was almost over and she liked the go karts better. I'm old fashioned but I miss the little printed off detailed score cards that are easily framed and placed above my mantle and Lazerport doesn't have those anymore.
Afterwards, my wife was burning with rage for paying almost 60 dollars for the four of us to play a 12 minute match of lazer tag and have her equipment not function properly. It made the ride home awkward and I never got to play that cool looking Transformers game.
The experience was good for me overall but the experience could definitely use some fine tuning.

The Laser Tag process is a total disaster, designed for you to pay before you figure out the true time it will take to get in to the game.
Wanting you to spend that hour donating money to their many machines that your kids hear and see.
Not designed for family fun - designed for family frustration while waiting.

Only giving three stars because the guy at the counter was awesome! But lost about $16 in broken games. Claw machines not operating correctly, games stopping in the middle, and frozen screens. Leaving unhappy and going to stay going to the other arcades.

worst family experience and would never recommend to anyone. this is my first ever negative review as I understand how important they are as a business owner aswell.
wife and I have 4 young children. the wrist bands have numbers that get removed for each activity. we spent $300 for the bands and during laser tag. my 10yr old had one number fall off and they could not find it. clearly we all have the same amount of numbers aside from her ONE lost number. they did not care and still charged us another $10 for her to continue activities🤯 they had zero care or remorse when common sense to realize what happened should have over ruled sny b.s decision or rules that are in place, especially when patronizing an establishment where $300 is quite a bit of funding for 1 hour of entertainment for a child.
I will continue to else this negative 1 star review on every single site I find a review optional for this business.

I highly recommend to end any family reunion playing some laser tag and go carting here. It makes you feel great to shoot the crap out of relatives that drove you crazy for the week. All ages can play and have a ball. It was about 29 dollars to play I think six games of lazer tag or go cart. Lots of laughs!! If this 55 year old can win a game against her nieces and nephews, so can you!

Our Lazer tag arena can hold up to 40 players! Perfect game for small or large groups.
At LazerPort, we have not one, but two laser tag arenas... and at over 7,000 square feet each, they are the largest in the Great Smoky Mountains area. Our laser tag arenas deliver the most exhilarating and heart pounding fun and excitement that Pigeon Forge has to offer!
