This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any business anywhere. After our ride this morning, an unprofessional and disrespectful employee named David approached us in a threatening way and accused us of bumping, then told us we were no longer allowed to ride. We were stunned, and we responded respectfully that yes, a number of drivers were bumping, and we were doing our best to stay out of their way, but David continued to be downright hateful to my children. Our family is respectful and courteous, and we make every effort to do the right thing by everyone. David was clearly punishing the wrong people, and he refused to listen or even try to be nice. I found the manager, Mikey, and explained the situation, and he made no apologies. We finally requested a refund for our unused tickets, and he partially refunded our payment. We left shocked and upset. I’m not sure what kind of business this is, but David and Mikey are running off good people who are trying to have fun in a safe way. (The exception is the wonderful lady selling tickets in the booth near the pro track - she even gave us an apologetic wave as we were leaving.)
We will take our money elsewhere and encourage everyone else to do the same. I can’t remember ever having worse customer service or being treated so unfairly. We are a military family, and we chose this business because we heard they offer a military discount, but we ended up wasting money for a terrible experience. I suppose Fast Tracks continues to operate because of unsuspecting tourists like us. Buyer beware. If you want a happy and fun day, go to The Track or anywhere else in town.

We rode the pro-track and the elevated track, carts ran pretty fast even though it was hard to gain position because they are all almost the same. We went back to the pro-track for our final ride. I went out for about two laps and my cart had significantly less power than all the other carts, I was going full throttle and almost got lapped. This was a huge difference from the first time we rode. I came back in and told the attendant that there was something wrong with the cart and he put me into another cart and said he would give me extra time, but then made me come in with the rest of the group, no extra time. I not only missed out on racing my kids, but missed the entire first half of the ride because of the malfunctioning cart. I asked about my extra time and he told me that if I had a issue with what he did, to go find the manager. I did not want to spend the next hour looking for the manager. I would not recommend Fast Tracks if you expect to actually get all of your rides. We paid $100 for four of us to ride three times each.

We went one day during our vacation and all the kids had such a great time. The men took all the kids another night before we left and the 10 year old in the group was told she couldn’t drive on her own even though she did the first time we went. Everyone was already in their go karts at that point so she was left to sit on a bench by herself while everyone was going around the track. Very disappointing. They’re lucky nothing happened to her as she sat there by herself.

My review is for the go karts. My younger son was able to drive the elevated track. I did like the fact they gave my son a booster pad to help him sit up closer to the wheel. Very nice added touch. So we bought the combo $22 for 3 rides. The was perfect for my 2 boys. My 14 yr old said by the 3rd time around he mastered the track. They both came off with smiles and that’s what matters. Out of the 2 courses we did for the day this was their favorite one. We will try a couple others later this week.

Went here with four small kids and we all had a blast. Everyone loved the level elevated track with tunnel and the Skyscrapper. The prices were reasonable and the location was really spectacular. Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Staff was friendly and they really helped the little kid. They have multiple tracks, an Arcade and several small kid rides that they can all enjoy. A really cool place.

There are so many go kart tracks, how do you decide? We drove by this one and it had an elevated track so we decided to try it. It was a lot of fun and no long lines, which made it far more enjoyable. We got the 3 race pass, and we could ride and immediately circle back around to ride again.

Horrible experiences while go karting today and no one seemed to care. First, my 12 year old daughter was rear ended with such force when she was doing what the staff told her to do, that the cart she was in had to be taken out of service due to the damage. At the end of her session, she was to remain in her kart until everyone was off the track. She had undone her seatbelt. The last kid to come in rammed into her kart with NO braking and then got out of his kart laughing. The staff said nothing to him, no consequences. They ignored the fact that my daughter was in tears and had the wind knocked out of her. Totally unacceptable.

Second, since my daughter was no longer feeling well enough to using her tickets, my husband accompanied my 14 year old son on 2 karting sessions. On the last session, a kart had apparently broken down on the track and my husband attempted to swerve out of the way and luckily only rubbed up against it. The staff didn't slow anyone down or stop the race. As he and the others came around the track, the kart was STILL on the track and an employee was working on the broken down kart on the track. My husband once again swerved to miss him, and the employee picked up the metal pole used to lift the karts and threw it across the track at my husband. It narrowly missed his head and easily could have killed him. As my husband pulled off the track, visibly shaken, 4 employee thugs surrounded him and began threatening him. My husband walked away from them. I spoke with "Kevin" who was working that track, and his responses were sadly apathetic. Since there was no management available to discuss what happened, I explained that my only recourse was to warn others of the dangerous people they employ.

So to the owners/management of Fast Tracks, your staff has created a dangerous environment for your customers. Members of your staff have "anger issues" and could be charged with attempted murder for what he ,

The workers were very unfriendly and acted like it was an inconvenience to operate the little go-carts for my kids. They were not interested in making sure that the kids were buckled in before starting the go-carts- I had to mention that detail. I also found it very unprofessional to be smoking while operating the children's rides. We will never visit again.

Took our sons and two of their friends here for go-carting fun. Bought each the $20-3 ride package which seems to be about average pricing around Pigeon Forge. All boys chose to run the elevated track for all tickets and they had a good time. The single carts are older and some are noticeably slower than others, which did aggravate the boys. The double carts seems to be fairly fast. The track is unique and looked fun. The staff was friendly enough and did a decent job with safety but there were a couple of cart drivers who didn't get to the brake when the ride was over and ended up hitting the cars in front of them, which could be dangerous. I did see a staff member turn away a mother and her son because he was too young and small. She gave him a hard time over it and was quite rude. But, I was glad that there was some consideration to safety. The bridge over the track is a nice place to stand and watch the drivers and get pictures/video. The arcade is typical and overpriced but the kids enjoyed it and that's what mattered to us. We will most likely return.

Terrible management. Rude. Did not help when my daughters kart got stalled. She got hit by other karts approx. 11 times, came off the ride hurt and crying. Noone that worked there ever came to help her while she was stalled, noone could be found working the track but the people in the ticket booth. The guy that came out of the booth was rude and told us to leave when I said where were the workers, they were not doing their job. He said your daughter looks fine to me she is walking and was laughing as he said it. She had a big knot and red mark on her leg where she got knocked around in the kart each time she got hit and to top it off she was stalled at the bottom of the hill. The only way she got off the track was when her brother stopped and got out of his kart to help her. He thought the first couple of times he lapped by she was laughing, once he realized she was hurt and crying he stopped and helped her. It was a dangerous situation and the guy that came out of the ticket booth was such a jerk. They only want your money, we will never ever frequent that track again nor would I recommend that place to anyone. Rude rude rude! My daughter is 18 by the way, therefore if that was a young child that would have been in her situation I can only imagine how hurt they could have been. Being a mother, I felt helpless to get to her or get her help because there was noone around and by the time I ran to the ticket booth and someone finally decided to come out she was getting off the track and out of her kart. The kids love go kart racing and they look forward to it each year we visit Pigeon Forge and this was the worst experience ever. Upon being thrown out of the track I stopped at the ticket box and told the guy we were being told to leave and what a bad experience we have had, he said oh no you must have misunderstood him please take some free tickets. I said no that is not the point, the point is noone is watching the track when the karts are running and that makes it even more dangerous, we will never be back! No other track we have ever been to there has ever left the track unattended while the karts were running and they were always there when a kart stalled or got spun out.
