    Indoor snow tubing fun
Absolute blast. Our family went to try it out without too many expectations. I lost count on how many times we rode the tubes down the slides. It was so fun. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would do this all the time if we lived in the area.

There are only 7 slides not 12
Been twice now, and both times, only 7 slides have been open, not the 12 they advertise. It's $30 for 1 hour, and my wife and daughter got to slide 5 times. There is a moving walkway that takes you to top of slides, then the line zigs and zags. They barely got to the scanner to ride the 5th time. Kind of disappointing to just slide that few times for that amount of money. They did really enjoy it but dang open up all the lanes.

    Great alternative to outdoor tubing.
A great alternative to tubing on a mountain. They have the option to tube and play in a separate snow area. The tubing was great and the family had a blast. The snow area was more of a slush area though. Recommend going for the tubing if there isn’t any snow or Ober is sold out.

    Family fun
Tons of fun! Wasn’t crowded at 10 am Saturday in early May. A little pricey but worth the money— it really is in line with everything else in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I’m always cold so needed a light weight sweatshirt. Felt safe, and clean. Location is in a good area and convenient to other popular destinations. They had smaller tubes for the younger kiddos. Can get an add on for snow play that would be great if you have the time or younger children that wouldn’t snow tube. Waiver required before you pay.

    Feedback on pigeon forge snow
The children had a wonderful time in the real snow tubing down the hill. One of the things that I appreciated was there is seven lanes that they can go down, so even when the line is long it moves pretty fast so they get a lot of tubing time. They also had a wonderful time playing and sliding around in the indoor snow area. However a downside for us is that there's no elevator to the watch out section upstairs. We had somebody with a limited mobility. Just made it difficulty for that person to be able to go up the stairs to be able to see and or even sit down to watch the children go down the tubing area. This is really the only disappointing thing was the accessibility to being upstairs. The staff was kind and courteous to us at check-in and as watching them interact with the children as well.

Not a must do, but fun
Only 1 of my 3 children under 12 was brave enough to try out the snow tubing, and she had a great time. It wasn't crowded when we got there around opening. My youngest wanted to to play in the snow room, but it seemed like mostly ice, so he only played in it a few minutes. Probably not something we would do again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Grans loved!
Took grands, ages 11 and 12. Watch from observation desk upstairs. The kids loved it and would have stayed longer if possible. They even enjoyed the “snow area” which is packed down. I have mobility issues and had difficulty managing the stairs up to the observation deck. Could not find any other way up and could not see the kids well from main floor. An elevator would be nice. We were unimpressed with the girl at the ticket window. She was unfriendly and not overly helpful. Will take our grands again.

Their website allows you to purchase advance tickets online; however, you are required to stand in the same line as standby ticket purchasers to get your entry armband and doesn't guarantee you admission if they are at capacity. So why bother selling online tickets? If you are lucky enough to wade through the throngs of families in the ticket booth area and actually purchase a 1 hour pass, you then have to wait 30-45 minutes in line at the top of the hill to ride in your tube. By the time you make it down and back up to the top of the line again, your 1 hour time slot is up. You just paid $$$ and waited an hour for 1 trip down the hill. There needs to be a better timed entry system or something else to mitigate the crowds.

I understand times may vary during a peak season, but with everything going on with Covid, I felt this to be an extremely unorganized experience. Nobody is wearing a mask or even spreading out in the slightest. Kids enjoyed tubing, but were only able to go 3 times due to the mass amounts of people. Just a parents opinion, especially with Covid, they need a better system during peak times so you aren’t spending the majority of your time in a line waiting to go down the hill to tube. For the snow area as well, there was nobody working the area to see who was in the area, for how long, or even controlling how many people were in there. They put you on a waitlist to be able to buy tickets and enter, so I don’t understand why they don’t have some type of system in place to control how many people are in there to make the experience more enjoyable.

I read reviews A LOT before we travel so I knew that on the busiest week of the year, to go the first hour they open or the last. We walked in at 8:30pm and got to go down over a dozen times. Was it fun for a 46 year old overweight mom and her two teenagers, yes....was it tiring, yes, expensive, yes. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair. However, the one thing lacking is customer service. The young lady that took our money was not over friendly at all. The two teenagers helping us get into the conveyor belt were busy chatting and the person at the top never said a word!! The entire hour we were there, no thumbs up, nothing. Most of the time they were on their phone and only looked up to push the button. The lady helping us out of tubes at the end was nice. We would do it again but would lower our expectations and definitely go right before closing again.

NOT worth the price if it’s busy, we only got to go down TWICE. It should not be based on time. They already scan your bracelet, so it should be you pay for a set number of trips. Because it’s timed they were cramming as many people up the hill as they could, it backed up the conveyor belt and we had to walk half way up. Also, don’t bother with the snow play area, for one there is no one monitoring, so who knows who actually paid to enter, and for two, it was just hard compacted filthy ice. You walk around trying not to slip and fall, and try to kick up ice to grab it, then the only thing to do with it is throw ice balls, which is against the rules, but everyone was doing it anyway. The entire place was filthy. Covered in a thick layer of dust, and cobwebs in multiple areas. You have to carry your tube up and through the line, why don’t they just have a conveyor belt take up tubes like they have for the customers? Tubes were everywhere, even blocking an emergency exit at the top of the hill. At least going down was fun.

Just finished the snow tubing, was it fun? Yes. Was it worth amount of money they charge? No. When you get to the line there is about five zigzag lanes to go through, just like at Disney World. It's about 15 to 20 minutes per to. If you pay for an hour, you're going to get around three slides. But yes, it was fun. Just not sure if the cost justifies times you go. also, they don't provide Wi-Fi so while you're waiting do 20 minutes up top, you barely have service

Snow play requires SNOW not a mound of packed, crushed ice. My niece paid $18.10 for 30 minutes of only snow play with her 18 month old daughter. We walk in to find about two-thirds of the play area covered in what appeared to be OLD man-made snow that had hardened in the sun.

In retrospect, I see why there was a sign at the ticket window stating "No refunds". On the way out, I asked the guy at the ticket counter why he would even sell snow play tickets when there was no snow. His only response was, "I'm sorry".

The tubing looked cool, but the snow play is a total scam!

We had so much fun on our visit! While very busy, the staff was courteous and made sure we knew as soon as it was time to go. 5 of us got 4 runs in an hour period due to the crowds and loved every minute. The indoor snow play was a nice treat too.

We had a blast here!! We went right at noon and the crowd wasn't bad at all. We paid for 1 hour and were able to slide down 10 times. We noticed the crowd seemed to be heavier mid-afternoon when we drove by a couple of different days. The more crowded it is the less it's probably worth it, but for us it was great. We went to The Island immediately after and wished we had just stayed here and paid the extra cost for the all day experience. We will definitely be back next trip.

This place is probably great when it’s not packed but there are a few things you should know if you’re going during the busy season. I went today December 30 2023 and it was busy. You pay $45 dollars for the combo deal which gives you 1 hour of tubing and 30 mins of playtime in the snow. Your hour of tubing starts the first time they scan your band which is conveniently at the very beginning of the line. At the top of the “mountain” (which you can’t see from the bottom) there is another line that zig zags back and forth 4 times from end to end up there and that takes a little less than 20 mins to get through, mind you your pushing you and your little ones tubes through this line. At the end of the day we got to slide 3 times in an hour. So here’s some quick math; the time down the slide on the tube is about 10 seconds which means we spent 30 seconds sliding and 59 minutes and 30 seconds in line.

My suggestions:

First and foremost, it’s should be an hour time limit with a minimum of at least 6 times down the hill. If you don’t like that idea then set a cut off limit for riders and instead of sending everyone to tube first give the overflow guests timed windows (like 6-7pm etc…)and let them go to the snow room first instead of telling everyone they have to do the snow room after.

Second, open up the other 5 lanes that are covered with fake grass. This would give you 12 lanes instead of 7 almost doubling your capacity.

Third, make the line at the bottom instead of the top. Have everyone take there tubes to the left side after they slide, then they can go through a new zig zag line at the bottom and then right where you scan your band you get a new tube, go up the conveyer belt and then immediately get ready to slide. This does a bunch of things, firstly you don’t scan the first time until right before you slide. It also means you don’t have to push your tube for 20 mins through the line, and lastly it keeps it honest; people will be able to see the wait times at the bottom.

This is a must do event in Pigeon Forge!
It is a bit pricy at just over $100 for a family of four for 1 hour on the slopes.
This was an excellent value for when we went. There was hardly anyone in the place at the time, but if it was busy ... It wouldn't be worth the cost. I could see doing a by the hour ticket and a guaranteed number of trips down the slopes ticket as an option. This way, if the lines were long you wouldn't get shorted.
Since it was dead on this day, we did in 12 runs down the slopes at least! My cousin who went the week before was able to do 3 runs in the same 1 hr.
The snow play area does need some work. I would like to see some snow toys in that area to heighten the experience.
Bathrooms are well maintained and the staff was friendly.
This was my kids favorite thing they did the whole trip.
