We had a great time tasting "moonshine" at Smith Creek! Cheryl was an excellent ambassador of the product. She was personable, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable about the products. She offered suggestions for serving for every flavor she poured. The most difficult decision we had was to decide which flavors to purchase! They were all great. As a wine drinker I reluctantly came in to Smith Creek, thinking that I wouldn't like it..........I left as a fan!

This place is nestled down an aisle of the outlets. K@@L room as you step onto a landing behind a vintage truck to find the tasting bar. Cheryl was our server and she seemed to be having as much fun as we were. Product is quite good, and in fact, there are several flavors unique to Smith. Cheryl worked both sides of the bar, front to back and if folk came in after the start, she slid them in and caught them up as she went. Some of the other moonshine rooms have changed up their previous routines - cutting back to a few people on a tasting and limiting to a half dozen flavors and making you ask if they even have samples. NOT Smith, they are same as ever and - just might be why most of the patrons bought a jar o shine or a T-shirt.

Bryan and Dee made the experience a fun one. Bryan has been there for three years and is very knowledgeable about moonshine and what to mix it with. There isn’t any pressure to buy anything. I’ll come back again and again.

Stopped by Smith Creek Moonshine! We have done a ton of tastings, but this is the first time we did a tasting at Tanger Outlets. This distillery is a hidden gem. We had a great tasting experience with Cheryl and were helped at the register by Kim. Love their vibe and sense of humor too.

Short menu - but, every offering is tasty. This place is located in the Tanger Outlets. The atmosphere is dark, almost too dark. The help was great. Our samples server was a lot of fun- and, Dee was handling retail and was helpful w/ top customer service.

This place is hard to find within the complex which is like a labyrinth. The store is well kept and well stocked, the staff is friendly but be prepared for sticker shock. Most of their products are really good though.

We went on the distillery and wine tour through trip advisor and was not disappointed. You can do this on your own and save some money but we didn't have to drive and got to learn a little about Pigeon Forge history. Our first stop was Smith Creek and our bar tender was great and took care of all 19 of us... lot's of moonshine to try at Smith Creek.

I recently turned 21 and this was a great time to test out different kinds of moonshine! I was very nervous having heard about moonshine before, but Steven introduced me slowly and my nerves went away! The Salted Caramel was great. Steven was great and had me and the others laughing. A must do if you need a break from shopping!

We stopped in and the whole place was very inviting and friendly. Set up very rustic and clean. The free samples of course were great. The staff really knew their products and offered suggestions for pairing and mixing. I loved the Lemon Lime and my wife’s favorite was the the Orange Cream. There was no pressure to buy but we bought 4 bottles to share with friends. Definitely will return on our next visit.

First off, the store was extremely organized and nicely set up. Anthony made my experience enjoyable and he was extremely helpful. I am an African American and I was getting profiled at a different store while at the outlet shopping. I can honestly say that Anthony did not profile me in any way and he is cauccasion. He was willingly helpful and not just for me but for others as well. I was very observant especially being that i am a huge fan of awesome customer service. I can write about how awesome my experience was at this store all day....but I won't. 🤗
