They have one of the best selections of wine and cider in the whole wine tour in my opinion. I recommend paying $10 to try the full list, definitely worth the price for over 10 tastings. Everything we tried was delicious and it made it hard to narrow down our choices of which ones to buy. Connie was a delight to serve us, she was very personable and made our experience great!

Kalynn was a great wine sommelier! She was able to describe each varietal and was very knowledgeable about the different wines and ciders. The cheese and crackers were delicious and the patio was beautiful...We will definitely come back and visit this winery again!

Thank you for such a great review! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a fabulous experience sampling wine and cider with Kaylynn. Yes, the view of the river is beautiful especially during the fall. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

I loved how small and intimate this winery was. It hosted 2 bars, one just for getting drinks and another for wine sampling. We went to the sampling bar and, although their winery was very busy that day, we had a great time with our server Becky G. She definitely had her hands full, but she made sure to spend time joking around with us and giving us really in-depth analysis of the different wines they had available. She was also really great at helping us pick which wines to sample based on our specific preferences. If you're looking for a smaller, intimate winery, I highly recommend this one.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This was the last stop on our Rocky Top Trail and our worst experience. When we walked in there was only one couple waiting on two bottles of wine, which they were waiting longer than the five minutes we were in there. When my boyfriend told her he was wasn't sampling she ignored him and poured my first tasting. Then she and the other guy working went back to flattening out boxes while the other couple and us just waited on them. They finally got their wine bottles and then the workers went back to the boxes. A group of ladies walked in and the lady behind the counter continued ignoring us and started with them and the guy was just running around with boxes doing busy work. We finally got frustrated and just walked out. I understand it's a free tasting, but the bottles are a bit more than what you'd normally pay at places like Currahee (which always has great service and better prices). Apple Barn wasn't great either, so it seems like the two that are around more touristy stuff have the worst customer service. But at least we got to actually try the wines/ciders at Apple Barn.

We hate that your experience wasn't as it should have been! Please feel free to come back in and see us so we can show you how your visit should be. You can ask for Brittany or Brooke, and they will be sure you're taken care of. We would love a second chance to make this up to you. We hope to see you next time you're in town!

This was part of our purchased Pigeon Forge VIP Wine Tour. Winery features mostly sweet wines, many based on apples. Also big on ciders and slashes, again based on apples. Wine server/hostess was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Tasting room is located on the river, approximately located diagonally from the Old Mill.

This is our fourth time doing the Rocky Top Wine Trail. Mill Bridge is always a little bit of a disappointment. This time however the staff was very rude. We called and they said they stopped wine tastings at 8:45. When we got there at 8:30 they refused to let us do a wine tasting.

We're sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't as to be expected! We do end tastings shortly before closing in order to get all other work for the day done. We hope to see you on your next wine trail for a much better experience.

Excellent tasting. My husband opted for the free tasting and I did the premium tasting. Really enjoyed the very first wine. It's a dry white, but honestly wasn't super dry. Very fruity too! Vickie was very helpful! She told us it was her 1st week, but she seemed very knowledgeable. I highly recommend buying a bottle of wine and going out behind the winery to enjoy over the creek. Great experience!

Stopped in for quick wine tasting and fell in love with the spiced sangria. Kalynn was super informative and very sweet. She helped us sign up also for the wine club which we will continue to enjoy the wines all year long. Definitely recommend this place!

Libby was amazing. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. Sadly frozen wine slushies were $21 but not her fault at all…OWNERS!!! OWNERS must change this. We opted for a glass of cider, much more affordable. View of River is very unique and picturesque but wine slushy prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!!! We loved Libby, come see her!!!!!

We are happy to hear that you had a great visit with Libby at Mill Bridge Winery. The frozen wine slushies are 10 ounces and it includes the souvenir glass, that is why it is that price. We hope to see you again.

This winery was the first stop for us on the Rocky Top Wine Trail. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The lady doing out tasting noticed that my husband and I tend to do more dry wines. Instead of doing a slush tasting, she allowed us to do a second cider (of her choosing a piece) because that was more our taste. She made some great selections based on her preference and our feedback from the other things we had sampled.
