I've visited quite a few spas around the country and had been hoping this one would be first class. It did not have particularly upscale amenities nor facilities e.g. no indoor spa within the club. They did have an outdoor hot tub but it's too cold and I didn't want to be around children as my relaxation activity. I had... More

I really wanted a full service spa and found that at Gaylord. I used the valet mainly because the Spa will validate for you. This hotel is huge and I did get lost finding the spa. Walk straight through the main entrance and up the escalators. Then turn around, the spa will be behind you. Check in was fast. I... More

Thanks for choosing Relache Spa! We're sorry to hear you were rushed and didn't get to enjoy our steam room, sauna and pools. We encourage spa goers to arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment (or as early as you'd like) to get settled with a locker and robe and have plenty of time to enjoy these amenities. Traffic... More

My husband got me a massage as my maternity leave was coming to an end. I desperately needed some relaxation from our little ones. My massage was not great. While the massage therapist was nice, she repeatedly asked me a bunch of questions during the session and every time she changed position she yanked the covers ruining any relaxation I... More

We only went for Day Use and only used the dry sauna because the steam room in both men and women's rooms were broken. Miranda the spa manager was great and let us enjoy without the fee because of the issue. Shari was the women's spa attendant and she was very sweet and helpful. Their product line was pretty extensive,... More

I've been to a lot of spas all over the country and visit a masseuse regularly where I live but the relaxation massage with Carlos was hands down ONE OF THE BEST - if not THE BEST massages I've ever experienced. I added the hot oil hair and scalp treatment which was the icing on the cake. We did the... More

I had a massage and a body treatment. The employees were fantastic. The locker room was very very small. There is barley room for two people to change. There are no private dressing rooms. Only two showers and potties. The steam room was wonderful. everything was very clean. Sadly the massage was lacking. The body treatment was unacceptable. There was... More

The facial I received here was done by Maddie. It was amazing, although short because I booked he 20 minute one. She made my skin feel special and explained everything. A great break from the city and very enjoyable! I used the saunas and had a nice body scrub bath. Definitely recommend it, although It feels like a small spa.... More

Wasted our whole last day in Nashville!!! We had a couples massage scheduled for 2:00 (scheduled with Chelsey). We were taken to the dressing rooms, got into our robes and went to the "relaxation lounge." We waited until 2:20 then went to the front and asked what was going on. They acted completely clueless and said that we didn't have... More
