Please add my review to the outstanding ratings of this food tour. It's really a fun way to get to know the city and Dennis was a fantastic guide. Take a tape recorder to soak up all his suggestions.

DJ, the owner of Dabble Studios, did a great job combining food, history, and neighborhood touring. This is a great way to see Nashville’s individual and interesting neighborhoods with locally owned restaurants. Good food and stories about each stop. We always schedule walking food tours...More

Dennis was awesome and very knowledgeable about Nashville. This is the most food I’ve ever gotten on a food tour - and it was all unique to the area and very, very good. It was raining on and off, so thI fact that this tour...More

This tour was a great find welcoming us to the city of Nashville! Having never travelled here before, we were interested in finding some “hidden gem” food spots and learning about some local history. This tour provided both! Dennis, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable...More

Our tour was great! Our Tour guide TJ was very informative about the food and the city history. The food was excellent a great variety that hit the Nashville favorites of BBQ, pulled pork, pies and a Bushwacker.

For the price, expectations were not met. As a food tour...a hot dog, a bushwacker, and a few "free" pieces of chocolate candy did not support $87.00! The hot chicken sandwich was way too small with a glass of water (really). BBQ was tasty but...More

Our tour of five different food providers was lead by Eric, an excellent driver, an intelligent and informed observer, and generally fun and interesting. We sampled baked goods, different kinds of ribs, spiced chicken and finished with a Bushwacker cocktail, a delicious conclusion. We took...More

I am a student doing a project for an Entrepreneurship class. For our class project, we have a concept of a driven food tour. We are currently looking for feedback on our idea and would really appreciate answers to some of the following questions to help better develop our product: 1) What do you think about a moving picnic vehicle that would take you to several different restaurants and allow you to eat with family/friends while traveling around Nashville? Ideally, it would be a 2-hour tour in a vehicle with a picnic table in the center (think Pedal Tavern but with a picnic table instead of a bar). The tour would take you to 5 of Nashville's best and most well-known restaurants (Monell's, Hattie B's, etc) and the food would be brought to you to eat at the picnic table while the driver is giving you a brief history of the restaurant. 2) What do you like/dislike about this idea? 3) What would deter you from signing up for such a tour? 4) How much money would you be willing to pay for this type of experience? 5) What could be done to improve this tour experience, or which additional features do you wish would be included?
