We visited the museum today -- one of us somewhat "into" cars, the other not so much. We were both impressed. Many, many unique motor vehicles (not just cars) on display ... Several are one of a kind and cannot be seen anywhere else in the world. Fascinating to see various examples of motor vehicles from all over the world.... More

My husband love history, so love old cars and European old cars, so this was for he. There are a lot of cars to see, so he enjoyed. I also enjoy, but after a while it was ok for me, but the owners know that and there are places to sit and wait until our beloved husband have their time... More

This museum is absolutely charming. They have well over 100 vehicles on exhibit, and I think I'd only ever seen 3 or 4 of them before. Many of them are so unusual that I just stood and marveled at them. There are no barriers or fancy exhibits to keep you from getting up close to the cars. You can easily... More

I had heard about the Lane motor museum from several people and finally made the trip to Nashville to see it. It was worth the trip. All I can say is WOW! If you are into foreign and unique cars, trucks, motorcycles and airplanes, this place is for you.

Spent a good 2 hours here yesterday. The cars were more unusual than I expected. More imported rare cars than domestic muscle. Large enclosed area for the kids that is raised above ground level and therefore easy to see from most of the museum. Some truly beautiful cars!..a lot of which seem to be driven in right out of people's... More

My husband is very much into cars of all kinds, so we have been to many car museums before. This one was very different because it is mostly foreign cars. The differance is that this one has a lot of odd vehicles, for lack of a better word. There are cars that are pushed along by big fans, cars that... More

Although I had only a brief tour, I was fortunate enough to be accompanied by one of Lane's founding members, so I got a lot of extra insight on this important and unique collection of automobiles. The mini car collection is especially delightful, and fun for the kids in particular. The vehicles here run the gamut from rare to common,... More

This museum is excellent. I loved how there are no barriers around the cars letting you get up close to each of them. I learned a lot and found some of the more obscure cars so interesting. My kids love the play area to run off some steam. This is a must-see for Nashville when you need a break from... More
